It so happens that the Farmhouse "look" is in style at this time, but Neil and I have always had a nostalgic heart.

We selected tin tiles for the ceiling in the kitchen and dining room. From hand-crafted bathroom cabinets from reclaimed wood to modern light fixtures, this home brings together the charm of a farmhouse and the comfort of modern amenities.

The home has shiplap walls throughout each room. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a private bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. You'll love the feel of the large upstairs bedrooms with the slanted ceiling and shiplap walls. The bedrooms will make give you the feel of being tucked away in a cozy, private, attic space of an old farmhouse cottage.

You will have access to the whole home.

Located just off of Highway 6. Walking distance to Central Park. Across from the new College Station Police Department. 2 miles to Texas A & M University.

The home is two-story with one bedroom and a walk-in shower downstairs. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. There are 4 vanity and sink areas in the home. 2 vanity and sinks are downstairs and 2 vanity and sinks are upstairs. Both bathrooms share the shower/tub and toilet.

Stairgates are provided for your use and in a closet.

There is a privacy fenced side yard for outdoor entertainment or to let your pet out.
