This cozy bungalow has 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleeps 6. Located in a quiet neighbourhood that is a short drive to several beaches (Port Franks, Grand Bend, Pinery & Ipperwash) and within walking distance to the Ausable River Cut Conservation Area. The long driveway can fit 3 cars and the back and front yards are large enough for endless outdoor fun. We also now have a 5 person hot tub!! The house has central AC as well as Wi-Fi. Pets are permitted ($75 pet fee applies).
The space
Sunny Shores Retreat is located in a lovely, quiet area, which makes it a perfect vacation from city life! Come and relax in our beautifully decorated getaway. Sit on the back deck and enjoy the myriad of beautiful birds that love to come and visit! Relax and unwind in the newly installed hot tub! Sunny Shores has a kitchen that is fully equipped as well as toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

NB: Sunny Shores Retreat uses a septic system for waste management. Please only flush waste and toilet paper. Feminine hygiene disposal bags are provided for guest use.

Ring cameras on the OUTSIDE of the house. One in the front and one in the backyard.

HOT TUB RULES:

For your safety and enjoyment, please make sure to:
- Not jump or dive into the hot tub.
- Not have any food, glass, soaps, oils or bodily fluid in the hot tub.
- Supervise children around the hot tub.
- Replace hot tub cover after each use and not sit on hot tub cover.
- Turn off jets and lights after use.
