Overall the hotel was great however the room was lacking, the refrigerator didn’t work, the makeup mirror was also broken, there were cigarette butts on the patio, and there was missing tile in the bathroom. Such a shame for such a nice hotel.

The bathroom door was damaged and did not work properly. Also, the jacuzzi stopper was missing, so we were unable to use it as intended.

Great Property and Process

Our stay was great. The only improvement that was needed was in the cleaning which I believe was the responsibility of the property. Overall it was clean, just hair on the floor and trash wasn't emptied. They weren't deal breakers. Everything else was perfect. Having access to spa, pool and beach was the added benefit. The space had a balcony with an ocean view. I'd definitely come again.

We do apologize for the oversight with the cleaning and will address it with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We're happy it didn’t take away from your overall experience, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Bleau my mind

I've stayed in many hotels on trips to Florida. This is hands down the best hotel in the state of Florida imo. Definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in without question. The entire hotel is extremely aesthetically pleasing due to the stylish decor. Check in was easy and the room was ready 3 hours earlier than the check in time. The refresh lounge and bell hop luggage drop off were great options to use until we could check in. The staff was pleasant and helpful and I loved the level of security on the property. The room was great and the view was spectacular. The beach is beautiful and the courtyard pool and cabana area is stunning. I'll never stay at a different hotel in Miami ever again after this experience.
