Housekeeping is not included in the price of the rental. Housekeeping will be paid directly to the resort during your stay.

Housekeeping fees are mandatory and are as follows:
Housekeeping services received at checkout only- Flat fee $155 plus tax

If you request cleanings during your stay the fee is $80 plus tax each clean.
If you receive cleaning during your stay the rental is still subject to the checkout housekeeping flat fee.

BOOKING POLICIES

Cancellations or requests for date changes made less than 60 days are not eligible for any refund, travel credits or date change. There are no exceptions.
Please familiarize yourself with your own state/countries policy for travel and post travel quarantine.
Due to our discounted booking rates we cannot offer flexibility in reservations. If you need more flexible booking options I suggest booking with the hotel directly on the Fontainebleau website.

Awesome stay

Property was super clean and looked just like photos! booking was easy as well as communication with the owner! Will definitely be staying again!! Loved this place!

Nice place ! Check in very long. No flexibility for check in and out. Communication with manager not very friendly. Just short answers about check in and out. Construction beside but ok.

Winter getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! Loved that we were able to use all of the amenities at the Fontainebleau Resort! We did not appreciate however ,the spring break partiers next door and the inability to use the hot tub! There was no one from the resort to control the spring breakers ,which was unfair for the other tenants! The resort is very very expensive to eat and drink. Although there were a few negatives overall we had a great stay Loved the location and the weather was great!
