Walking distance to the Hot Springs Trail & just a quick drive to local beaches, Upper Village & Coast Village Road for the best of Montecito shopping & dinning. The house features excellent indoor/outdoor living with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen which all open up through giant doors & windows to a spacious outdoor deck & stunning yard with fire pits & manicured grounds!
This quiet 3,300 sq ft property is fully updated with beautiful finishings and hardwood floors. In the main home is a primary bedroom featuring a luxurious King bed and a beautiful en suite as well as two spacious bedrooms (one with built in bunks for kids or teens, and one with a Queen sized bed) with Jack and Jill shared bathroom. Downstairs has its own private entrance, bedroom, and bathroom in a private studio, ideal for any in-law or guest.

The modern, open-concept living room, chef’s kitchen, and dining room feature giant windows which let in ideal light and breeze. Just off the living and dining room is an expansive deck with top-of-the-line furniture for quaint morning coffees and picturesque sunset dinners.
