Everything you need is within walking distance: the beach (just walk out the back door!), restaurants, coffee shop, wine tasting, general store, art galleries, and antique shopping. A bike path will take you into neighboring Montecito and you’ll be just a short drive from Santa Barbara to the north and Carpinteria to the south.

This unique property is serving up a nearly private beach that curls up to this tri-level oceanfront home. With floor to ceiling windows, nearly every room has a full ocean view. Enter on the second floor with the large open Living Room and Kitchen leading out to an expansive beach deck and a Guest Room and Bath. Use the spiral staircase to the upper level and find a generous loft-style Primary Suite with the addition of a cozy Bedroom, second Bathroom, and a desk area. The lower level features 3 Bedrooms, a second Kitchen, Bathroom and second Laundry Room. Use your private beach walkway to spend the day swimming in the water, eat dinner watching the sunset over the ocean, and fall asleep to the soothing sound of crashing waves.

Family Easter Mini Vacay

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous home! Although the first couple of days, the weather did not cooperate, and it was raining, the home had plenty to keep us occupied. We played ping-pong, cornhole, board games, card games, and there were plenty of TVs to keep everyone happy. Soon, the sun came out. Wow, what a gorgeous location right on the beach. You will have your own private fire pit, your own private sitting area to watch the beautiful ocean and dolphins, your own private entrance to the beach, and so much more! You won’t regret staying at this beautiful home!

Great location

We had a very nice stay at the property. It is well equipped and comfortable if a little dated. Our only negative comment is on the owner calling to complain about us having 5 cars in the driveway for a brief period instead of the permitted 4. We had family stop by to caravan with them to another location. We had 5 cars in the driveway for maybe 10 minutes to load some items into the cars and got a phone call from the management company saying the owner had called them about the issue. I guess the owner doesn't have a lot to do other than watch the camera feed.

Fabulous

I made the reservations for our family get together. There were 9 of us. The first Comment to me for the selection was "You SCORED! Our family loved the place. We planned to do off property activities but after the first day everyone preferred to just stay at the house. The Beach was easy to access and clean. There was a Ping-Pong table and other games but mostly we just hung out and enjoyed the view and the weather. We saw at least 4 pods of dolphins go by. At the end of our stay no one wanted to leave, and all wanted to come back again.

A little slice of Heaven!

What a stunning location for this beautiful home. The views are just incredible and the home has such a beautiful big living space with windows from floor to ceiling. Will definitely recommend it and hopefully come back one day. Thank you!
