It has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths upstairs & a bath & bedroom downstairs. You are minutes from the historic Flagler Ave, with lots of shops and restaurants. Truly a great getaway.
The space
The fully finished basement was just added in 2019. It has a queen Murphy bed, full bathroom, billiard table, poker table, tv, and a kitchenette with refrigerator. This is considered the 4th bedroom with a private downstairs access. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and large open plan living room. The views from all of the decks are just spectacular. From sunrise to moonrise you will not miss out on what beautiful sights are offered staying in this unique beachfront location.
