We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was simple and the house was very comfortable. Peter was a great host and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is a short walk to a nice and uncrowded beach area in NSB.

An excellent location, wonderful neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach. The private swimming pool is beautifully landscaped and decorated. The owner, Peter, was friendly and very reactive to all our requests and questions.

Fantastic Stay

Property was exactly as described. Location to beach was great, pool was beautiful, owner was SUPER responsive and accommodating, and loved the different areas for relaxing. Would highly recommend.

This was probably one of the worst properties we have ever rented. We rent annually at this beach location and decided this year we would try a single family home. Listed with photos of a beautiful resort-like stay, well manicured, and as stated “luxury.” This property is anything but that.When you arrive out front, there is no additional parking because it’s all overgrown and covered in weeds. The palm trees have yet to be trimmed, burned fronds were due to the frost we had in Nov. of 25, mind you we stayed June of 26. Well past the time to wait for trimming. When I contacted Peter about this, he gave me a novel Chat GPT response in to why he should not trim them yet, and how it’s awful for the tree, and how it’s all “normal” for Florida. Which we are Florida residents, and it was not. So he refused to trim them while we stayed. Then came the rats. Yes, rats. Rats were infesting the inside of the mother in law suite. The additional building was the SOLE reason we chose this house for all others. Now it was inhabitable. When I told Peter, he had Orkin come out, and they set a trap. Then the inspector came out and confirmed it’s infested. Multiple rats were caught and he never mitigated to closing any openings. I opened a case with VRBO and let Peter know. The only response was to vacate the property and he would refund me the portion NOT stayed. I had no where to go with 3 young kids and a dog. It was also a holiday weekend. Horrible Experience.

We take pride in providing an exceptional vacation experience and disagree with this guest. Our professionally decorated 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is one block from the ocean and features a heated saltwater pool, expansive furnished patio, fire pit, upgraded entertainment, premium A/C, electric reclining furniture, new appliances, and a paved three car driway. Despite expressing dissatisfaction, the guest declined our offer to leave at any time. Her complaints included a request for an additional 30 days at no charge. She also claimed there were no alternative accommodations, although VRBO offered options. Our property is professionally maintained, including more than 20 palm trees. Following an unusually severe winter freeze, we followed their specific advice not to remove damaged palm fronds until new growth emerged. We have maintained a monthly Orkin service agreement for over ten years, including preventative treatments, monitoring stations, and extensive exterior rodent exclusion completed by Orkin. During this stay, one palm rat was encountered. Orkin responded within 24 hours, added traps, and resolved the issue within 48 hours. This was an isolated incident, not an infestation. The guest contributed to this by refusing to allow access for routine backyard landscape and trap maintenance. This created overgrown foliage providing a habitat for wildlife. We stand behind the quality of our accommodations, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.

hidden paradise

the description of the property is accurate. Beautiful pool and wonderfully landscaped. home is clean, nice furniture, well kept. Friendly neighbors in quite neighborhood. The walk to the beach was simple. 5 minutes. Guest house has a slight musty scent but owner is addressing. The property owner was prompt in responding to any questions,. We will be back!
