Ever wanted to stay in a mini castle?

This estate is conveniently located in beautiful Fayette County (30 minutes from downtown Memphis and the airport and about 20 minutes from Collierville). Enter through your private gate to your paved driveway winding through your 5.3 acres to your 4 bd 4 bath Jacobethan Tudor style estate with over 5,600 sq ft that was built in 2019.

The 3rd floor is dedicated to a private primary or bridal suite that has its own mini refrigerator and coffee station. There is a small balcony off the master bedroom so you can enjoy your coffee from the 3rd floor. All other bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. There are 5 fireplaces in each room along with a pizza oven in the gourmet kitchen. The home offers a large office area equipped with desks that can house 5-6 people if wanting to work remotely or host a small conference retreat. 32' monitors plus keyboard and mouse available.

The home is decorated with solar lights throughout the property so when the sun sets, at twilight the property begins to glow. The home has many exotic flowers, plants and trees that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. The kitchen is filled with a plethora of appliances to fulfill any culinary inspired dishes. Pantry and spice rack is stocked with all the essentials. There are 2 grills on the backyard patio, one gas and one charcoal. All supplies including charcoal are provided to enjoy your grilling. You have to see this home to believe it!

Amazing

I hosted a women’s retreat at this property. It was nothing short of amazing. Talitha IS such a beautiful person and makes sure that you are comfortable and willing to do whatever it takes to be sure that you are. She answered all questions and even came back to the property to make sure all things were in order and clean. Thank you Talitha I WILL BE BACK AGAIN!

Grand and Secluded

House was absolutely amazing and the serene setting with the quiet surroundings was exactly what we wanted. House was EXTREMELY clean and the kitchen and was one of the nicest with which I have ever prepared a meal. The gazebo has ever type of grill you can imagine and there are several local meat markets within a 10 minute drive. Linens smelled like they were just washed and the bathrooms were so clean. I could not have asked for a better VRBO experience and will definitely book again!
