Use our cozy place as a home base for all the best Sarasota has to offer on your trip.

Recently updated, quiet cottage looks so small from the street, but the layout makes the living areas feel spacious and inviting.

The street is so quiet but literally one minute from the very busy Bee Ridge road that takes you to the beach and multiple stores.

You can walk to a grocery store very close, but would recommend having a car or using Uber.

We’re so glad you’re here. This space was designed for easy living, chill mornings, and sunset walks with sandy toes. To help keep the good vibes going, we ask that you follow a few simple house rules.

🙏 Please Respect These House Rules
1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is after 4:00 PM
Check-out is by 10:00 AM
Let us know if you need extra time, we’ll do our best to accommodate!

2. Quiet Hours
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Bell Cottage is on a very quiet, sleepy street. Out of respect for our neighbors (who we love and who kindly keep an eye on the place), please keep noise to a minimum, especially if you’re outside or around the fire pit at night.

3. No Parties or Events
We’re all for a good time, but this isn’t a party house. No large gatherings or events allowed ($1000 fine). If something’s happening that feels off, our neighbors are just a text away… and they’ll let us know.

4. Smoking & Vaping
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house.
If you need to smoke, please step well away from doors and windows and dispose of anything safely.

5. Pets
We do allow pets with a deposit!

6. Fire Pit Use
Feel free to enjoy the fire pit, just be safe and smart:
• Never leave it unattended
• Fully extinguish when done
• Only use it in clear weather and with provided fire-safe materials
• No bonfires or high flames

7. Beach Gear
You’ll find beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and a wagon available to use. Please rinse off any sand before bringing things back inside, and return everything in good condition for the next guest.

8. Clean as You Go
• Rinse off beach gear and outdoor items
• Load or start the dishwasher
• Take trash to the outdoor bin and please take the bin out Tuesday Evening for Wednesday Garbage Day.
No need for deep cleaning, just a little tidy-up goes a long way.

9. Lock Up When You Leave
Please lock all doors when you head out or check out — it keeps your belongings (and our cottage) safe and secure.

10. If Something Goes Wrong...
Accidents happen! If you break something or something stops working, just let us know right away. We’ll get it taken care of, no judgment here.
