Wake up to amazing views of the sunrise over the Atlantic, then spend the day enjoying the private beach access, swimming pool, and the only fishing pier on the island! Walk next door to the shops and restaurants of Isle of Palms' downtown where you can grab some ice cream, sip a rooftop cocktail, or a catch some live music at the WindJammer. This is the perfect central spot for your next trip to IOP!

Sleeping arrangements

Kitchen
- full size oven/stove, microwave, fridge/freezer
- full set of dish-ware, glassware, silverware
- cutting boards, sheet pans, pots/pans, blender
- ground coffee, k-cups, and assortment of teas
- kettle + traditional coffee maker + Keurig
- seating for 2 at the counter and 3 at the table
- cleaning supplies under the sink + extra paper towel roll


Our goal is a Breezy Stay - a big part of that is providing the the basics that make a place function and feel like a home away from home:
- quality linens and pillows for all beds and the pullout
- quality bath, hand, face, makeup towels
- hand soap + shampoo, conditioner, body wash
- dish soap, paper towels + cleaning supplies under every sink
- beach towels, chairs, board games, books

Guest access
You have exclusive access to the condo and your parking pass will be waiting on the counter upon arrival

Other things to note
-this is a third floor walk up. The views are beautiful but you will need to be comfortable with going up and down the stairs
-the community charcoal grills and picnic areas are located by each beach access. We do not store flammable items in the unit so plan to buy charcoal if you want to grill out.
-there is no in unit clothes washer/dryer- coin laundry is located in the same buildings as the bathrooms by the pool
-the Sea Cabins' pool is not actively heated so although it is warm in Charleston most of the year, in the colder months the pool temps can be a bit chilly
-the Sea Cabins have been a key part of IOP downtown for the past 40 years. The buildings have a brand new exterior, roof, and we have fully updated our interior but oceanfront property requires constant maintenance. Please let us know if you notice any necessary repairs so that we can take care of them swiftly.
- We encourage you to rent bikes or a moped to get around! (golf carts are not allowed)
