Bungalow in the sky you'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guest in your party.

Across from JW Marriott Resort. Beach, Gulf of Mexico, free parking WiFi & Cable TV

Building is currently in process of some upgrades - paint, drainage, parking lot work. This will not affect any amenities like the pool or tennis courts, but guests should be aware that ladders, extension cords and other equipment could be present. It's going to be beautiful!

Marco Island is a tropical paradise offering amazing beaches, dining close enough to walk to, and a relaxed island vibe. This private condo offers everything you'll need for a relaxing tropical vacation!

Our condo is a lovely one bedroom/one bathroom unit across the street from the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort and the City-maintained paved beach access path that is available 24/7. While not affiliated with the Marriott there are many publicly available businesses at the Marriott, such as restaurants and shopping court.

This condo looks out over the heated swimming pool and tennis court. It is located on the second floor, which is accessible via elevator or stairs. It is detached from the other units, offering no road noise, no shared walls, or noisy elevators. The unit has everything you need to enjoy this tropical paradise including: a kitchen with Corian style counter tops, appliances, a bath with Corian style vanity, tile flooring throughout, furniture, flat panel living room TV, as well as a flat panel bedroom TV both with cable, there is also free WiFi. You will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, a beach cooler, and beach towels. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom that has a double-door walk-in shower with tiled seating. Compare to Marriott's $$$$$+ rates.

Come back after a day at the beach to air-conditioned accommodations. Shower and head to dinner at one of the many restaurants just down the street. Or stay in and cook in the kitchen or use the grill located on the pool deck. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable way to enjoy paradise look no further!

I LOVED this cute bungalow!!! Perfect location with EASY BEACH ACCESS!! I couldn't have asked for more!!! The unit was super clean, decorated with that paradise vibe! Had everything i needed, wanted and more!!! Controllable A/C, great kitchen, comfy bed, awesome closet space, beach stuff for use, multiple t.vs, PERFECT LOCATION, fabulous pool and outdoor space!!! And Tina, the owner is BEYOND AWESOME!!!!

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool and pool deck clean and perfect that come mid-afternoon was partly in shade. Excellent beach access as right across the street. Tina, the owner, communication throughout was excellent and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible Stay & Exceptional Host

Our stay at Tina’s place was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from all the best spots in Marco, with the added bonus of being only a 3-minute drive to some amazing restaurants for dinner and drinks. Tina was a phenomenal host, with communication that went above and beyond. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made the stay special. We will definitely be returning and staying with Tina again! Highly recommend!

Christmas getaway. for us the bungalow was a perfect size everything was clean and comfortable we enjoyed that the unit was off by itself with no one above us or below us there were plenty of cooking amenities for us to use if we chose to stay in and the host was very nice and checked in with us thanks Mike.

I had a very enjoyable stay in the bungalow. It felt secure and conveniently located a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The place was clean, tastefully decorated and had a well stocked little kitchen. I would happily stay here again!

Really convenient location, and the property had everything we needed. Host was amazing and provided a dry bag for us as we were going kayaking during our trip, and kept in contact due to the imminent arrival of hurricane idalia. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful & Private Condo

This condo is wonderfully private, being separated from the rest above the clubhouse by the pool. Everything was as described in a perfect location right across from the beach. Our host Tina was great to work with and would always respond promptly to any questions. She definitely goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is great! We will definitely be back!

Great Location on Marco Island

I stayed here for a conference. The place is listed accurately with an accurate description. The place is also clean and cozy. Tina was very responsive and I appreciated her checking in on me while I stayed at her place.The check in process was clear and given to me prior to checking in with clear concise directions. I would give this place a 5 star rating and I would stay here again actually. The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because the air conditioner went out for 2 days. Tina was extremely responsive and sent someone to fix it right away. Unfortunately, they did not fix it correctly, not her fault at all. It was very hot to sleep there for 2 nights with the temp being 86-88, but having ceiling fans helped. The elevator was broken too, not Tina's fault either. Make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner too (I did not check the amenities, which is my fault) I am used to at least having that in the rentals. I did go out buy it and left it there for the next person to use. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again. Lovely location, close to the beach, walking distance of everything, renovated, cute and cozy. I stayed for 7 days and appreciated Tina's hospitality and responsiveness.

Air will get as cold as you want it. It works great. Kitchen is well equipped. Tina has all the fun things to make your stay enjoyable. Coolers to take to the beach, beach towels, beach chairs, tennis rackets, pickleball paddle and balls, kids sand toys, we left puzzles for those rainy times, laundry basket, full-size ironing board, broom and dust pan, plenty of towels (which I greatly appreciated), ceiling fans in all rooms if you need “more” air, lots of pillows and extra blankets, oh and some sunscreen. There is a nice size dresser if you stay long enough to unpack. If you don’t, there are two luggage racks that you can open up and sit at the end of the bed. Hangers to hang clothes. Bathroom is small, but very nice. Shower works great and is spacious. Right across the street there is the public access to the beach. Very nice bricked walk way. Truly a perfect location. You can walk to lots of things. Tina was very responsive while we were there. I asked her for a couple of good places to eat and boy was she right. She never acted like I was bothering her. I can’t say how pleasant our stay was. And how wonderful a host Tina is. Thank you! I sure hope we get to come back. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location. Photos in listing are accurate. Situated directly across the street from the JW Marriott. Just cross over a pedestrian crosswalk and down a short path to the beach. The rental is perfect for a couple. It’s separate from the main building & is right near the complex pool, which was clean and well kept. This place is a bargain. Decor was cute and relaxing and the bed was comfortable. Tina was easy to deal with and communicated with us throughout the trip. Can’t wait to return.
