Bungalow in the sky you'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guest in your party.

Across from JW Marriott Resort. Beach, Gulf of Mexico, free parking WiFi & Cable TV

Building is currently in process of some upgrades - paint, drainage, parking lot work. This will not affect any amenities like the pool or tennis courts, but guests should be aware that ladders, extension cords and other equipment could be present. It's going to be beautiful!

Marco Island is a tropical paradise offering amazing beaches, dining close enough to walk to, and a relaxed island vibe. This private condo offers everything you'll need for a relaxing tropical vacation!

Our condo is a lovely one bedroom/one bathroom unit across the street from the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort and the City-maintained paved beach access path that is available 24/7. While not affiliated with the Marriott there are many publicly available businesses at the Marriott, such as restaurants and shopping court.

This condo looks out over the heated swimming pool and tennis court. It is located on the second floor, which is accessible via elevator or stairs. It is detached from the other units, offering no road noise, no shared walls, or noisy elevators. The unit has everything you need to enjoy this tropical paradise including: a kitchen with Corian style counter tops, appliances, a bath with Corian style vanity, tile flooring throughout, furniture, flat panel living room TV, as well as a flat panel bedroom TV both with cable, there is also free WiFi. You will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, a beach cooler, and beach towels. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom that has a double-door walk-in shower with tiled seating. Compare to Marriott's $$$$$+ rates.

Come back after a day at the beach to air-conditioned accommodations. Shower and head to dinner at one of the many restaurants just down the street. Or stay in and cook in the kitchen or use the grill located on the pool deck. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable way to enjoy paradise look no further!

This place is super clean and the location of the property is excellent. It has everything to make vacation enjoyable for a couple of travelers getting away together. Very easy, and accessible host. Very clean, and well appointed bungalow. My wife and I enjoyed the nightly sunsets right on the beach. The area had many restaurants and pubs/bars. My only wish would have been for a balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and certainly recommend others to this beautiful place.

As other reviews have indicated, this is a hidden gem. Owner was VERY proactive and responsive, checked in on us in advance and was readily available for any questions we had. The bungalow is great because it's not part of the main building (it's a separate structure), and it is immediately adjacent to the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Summer is not peak season in Marco, so hard to say what it's like rest of the year but for our long weekend getaway there was ZERO outside noise or commotion, and I think I saw one person using the pool the entire time we were there (Friday to Monday). The pool also benefits from not getting direct sunlight in late afternoon since the building covers it from the west - perfect for having a beach day and then taking a nice dip in the pool in the late afternoon after you have (maybe) had too much sun. Literally right across the street is public beach access, and the overall main condo building was largely deserted during our stay. No noise concerns as there is no unit above or below you. We look forward to staying again in the future.
