This is a new listing. You have the opportunity to be one of the first to enjoy and review this extraordinary spot. Vintage Cabin with Modern Amenities, same family ownership since construction. Wrap around deck affords spectacular views on three sides. A peaceful place to take a break only 16 minutes from downtown Prescott. Prieta Pines Cabin is still in family use and has those warm touches. The cabin sits on over two acres for seclusion and the chance to see deer and other wildlife. WIFI is provided along with two TVs. The full kitchen has refrigerator, range, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a gas grill on the screened porch. The cabin is a short distance from the high point on the Whiskey Row Marathon. For mountain bikers, Forest Road 47 is right outside the door, with access to the West Spruce Mountain trail system. Whether you seek hiking, biking, or simply relaxing to the sound of the wind in the ponderosa pines and enjoying a sunset from the deck, this cabin fills the bill.

Prescott cabin retreat!

Jim was the most gracious host to us and this cabin was more than we imagined during our whole stay! We loved our trip here and recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the perfect getaway in the pines 10/10🌲 (be sure to check out Watson Lake during your stay!)

Prescott Mountains Thanksgiving

Our family of 3 had a relaxing Thanksgiving with everything we needed at this mountain retreat. The owner Jim took the time to greet us and show us everything we needed to know about the house. The house had the most beautiful large windows with almost 360 views. Since we were there in November we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor deck but we did enjoy the views. The beds were amazingly comfortable. And who can beat walking out the front door and onto a National Forest trail. We would definitely stay here again. Prescott offers so many options for the outdoor enthusiasts.

Perfect Peaceful Slice of Paradise

From the moment we stepped through the front door, we felt an overwhelming feeling of family love and pride. The private location and views are like none other, you can almost touch the stars and moon from the beautiful deck. Plenty of hiking trails right outside the front door and watching a family of deer daily was the icing on the cake! Our charming host, Jim, anticipated our every need sparing no detail. We highly recomment visiting Prieta Pines...as we sure plan on visiting over and over again!

Little get away to the mountains

The house was so cozy and the deck was beautiful with the most amazing views! The owner was so friendly and really cared about making our stay great! Went above and beyond for us!
