Private Scottsdale Retreat

Forget your worries in this luxurious and serene space. Bring your golf buddies, hiking crew, or family for a relaxing escape in Scottsdale, AZ. Enjoy the many nearby golf courses and hikes, or stay home and have a peaceful day by the pool. Use the large kitchen and outdoor grille to cook or check out the diverse restaurant options in town. In the evenings, take advantage of the jacuzzi, putting green, ping pong table, and spacious patio out back.

No gatherings of more than 12 people are allowed, if you host, please make sure they leave by 10 pm and only the registered number of guests are staying the night. If there is any party with more than 12 people after 10 pm, we will have to charge a significant fine.

Interior -
5 Bedrooms:
Each bedroom has been newly furnished with queen sized beds. The two bedrooms upstairs share one bathroom. There are two master bedrooms downstairs with their own bathrooms (one has a big tub as well as a private patio). The fifth bedroom is on the lower level connected to the reading nook.

Kitchen:
The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook and bake with your family and friends. The stainless steel fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and stove are easy to use. You will find a mixer, blender, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as all the pots, pans, and dishes you will need.

Dining/Living Room:
The spacious living area includes a big dining table that seats 12 people, along with a space to relax and unwind with a sectional, sofa, and a 60 inch HDTV.

Laundry Room:
The fully equipped laundry room has a washer and dryer you are free to use as much as you need.

Bonus Room:
The room off the pool has a ping pong table and seating for another great option during a hot day or a cool evening.

Exterior -
Pool:
Secluded pool and hot tub with reclining poolside chairs and float mats. To heat the pool, it's an additional $75/day, just let us know which days you’d like it heated.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is a great choice in the evenings when it cools down. There is no additional cost to heat the hot tub.

Putting Green:
Shaded putting green in the backyard for a friendly (or competitive) competition. Putters and balls are included.

Patio:
Massive patio space with comfortable lounging furniture, a grille, and outdoor dining space. Watch the sun rise and set, or even stargaze from the quiet comfort of your private space.

Each television is equipped with a Roku device where you can sign into your own viewing apps, don’t worry about someone else using them, you can sign out before you go or they will reset on your checkout day at 10 am.

The thermostats are there for your use but please be mindful and don’t leave the windows open while the AC or Heat is running.

The pool cleaner/technician comes every Friday morning so don’t be alarmed if you see someone in the back at that time.

Garbage and Recycling will come on Thursday and so we kindly ask if you are there on Thursday that you take it out to the front of the driveway.

Sometimes the place can be a little hard to find. If you are coming from N Scottsdale Rd, turn on East Lone Mountain Rd, then a left on 69th St and it’s the first driveway on your right. If you’re coming from N. Cave Creek Rd, turn on East Lone Mountain Rd and take a right onto 69th St and it’s the first driveway on your right.

The front door has a keypad and we will send you the code on the morning of your check in. There will also be a garage door opener on the dining room table and a mail key should you send anything to the property. The mailbox is located on East Lone Mountain Rd. When you come out on 69th, take a right and the mailbox is a large multi unit box about 500 ft down the road.
