Inside the sun-lit interior of your retreat, find yourself lounging in the spacious living room, tuned into your favorite TV show or movie. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen amongst the stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops. When you're ready to eat, dine at the formal dining table, or gather around the breakfast bar.

With three spacious bedrooms to pick from, everyone in your family is sure to be content with the tasteful nautical decor, soft linens, and cool air - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. Unwind in the impressive walk-in shower after a day spent in the sun and throw your clothes into the private washer/dryer for a refresher.

As evening falls, head back outside and fire up the shared gas grill for a sweet summer barbecue. The sunset can then be enjoyed from the balcony, the perfect ending to another day in paradise!

THINGS TO KNOW
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
