PERFECT...The only word I would use to describe our stay at this property. Every year we go to a different state for our golf tourney, and this VRBO is right up there within the top 3 we've stayed at around the country. The location in Lead was perfect for everything we wanted to accomplish and within 10-22min to all 4 courses we played.PLENTY of space for sleeping, seemed like more than advertised, and the price can't be beat.Only tiny negatives would be that some of the jets in the hot tub didn't work, and the sand that's used for the shuffleboard needs to be different, the pucks didn't slide. We would 100% stay at this property again!
Stayed with 11 people for a bachelor party weekend. The place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room and places to sleep. Would recommend and stay again!
The House was very clean and lots of space. The only complaints I would have would be that the driveway is very steep so we were unable to get trailer or bikes down the driveway. Had to pay to park at the Ski Resort lot the entire stay. Also, the hot water in the Studio Apartment did not work. Maintenance Man came yo look at it, but was unabke to fix. All in All, we were pleased with our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay here, unless your on motorcycles .

Gorgeous Cabin.
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin. It fit all of our needs. The set up and everything there was just what we were looking for. The cabin decor and view is stunning. We will definitely rent this place again. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the deck outside the main and the back house. Loved everything about this place
Our stay at the Koselig cabin at Terry Peak was fantastic! The cabin is brand new and impressive. Plenty of space for the whole family with views in all directions! There are a few things that are still coming along but the kinks will iron out like any new home.
Overall the property worked well for our family for the wedding weekend. The rooms are bright and we appreciated the extra apartment for a quiet location for my grandson. The main level was perfect for lots of us to gather.
There were a few disappointments- the stairs are very steep with no handrails. Light fixtures in basement are broken and master toilet runs. Also, there was no iron-we searched everywhere.
The house was in a great location and very roomy for our large group. The kitchen was well stocked except for dish cloths and towels which was a little inconvenient when eating two meals a day at the house. Railings on the stairs would have been a huge help, especially given the height of the staircases. When we arrived, the property had clearly not been cleaned: crumbs under the table, dust on every surface, toilets dirty, fridge had a sticky substance in the bottom and dust/hairballs in most rooms on the floor. A little more time cleaning before checkin and we would have given the place 5 stars.

Thank you for staying with us! We did add some handrails to the staircase, so thank you for that suggestion! Property has had a thorough deep clean and we look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Beautiful place!
The house was beautiful, large and accommodated our family vacation of 24 people adequately. The house it's self was not very clean. Dirty sheets in the main level bedroom as well as 2 other bedrooms. The little bungalow/apt thats attached to the houses had no hot water. That is where my nephew and 80 yr old father was going to stay. Only 1/2 of the jets on the hot tub worked.
I do want to say this...after contacting the property manager about everything, he did his best to try and correct all of the problems! He brought in a cleaning service on our 1st day there, while we were out and they cleaned the house. They changed out the bedding. Fixed most of the jets on the hot tub. Tried to fix the hot water but was unable to. So what he did was put my father and nephew in his personal house beside the one we rented. I did get refunded some money for everything.
Also, i have never rented a place where the property manager has went above and beyond to try and correct the problems and to try and make your stay as nice as possible. I do want to commend him for that!
I think that once all of the kinks get worked out at the property, it will be a nice place.

So-So; Highs and lows
I want to start with the good. It is a beautiful house, the main house is comfortable, and the views are great. However, I feel like we had more than our fair share of issues upon check-in. Starting with the apartment, it was warmer than usual when we arrived but the back apartment was only cooled with one small window unit and unfortunately it just could not keep up. Maintenance was sent to add a second unit the next day but the first night that space was unsleepable. The hot water heater in the unit was also not working correctly. we were told it sometimes goes into sleep mode between renters and that it needed to be restarted but after doing that the best we ever got was slightly warm water for a few seconds. There was a pedestal and a box fan in this unit, the pedestal fan did not work. Maintenance also had to come by to fix the toilet which would run constantly if not jiggled correctly after flushing. The bed in the unit was also not made and there were no sheets to put on it. We were given a code to the utility closet in the house to get sheets and ended up having the rewash and dry them because they were folded on the shelf...damp. The blankets in the unit were also in a ball on the floor. Going to the main house the hot tub had a fair bit of dirt and debris in it. In the basement level of the main house the bunk room bedroom had an unfinished closet, and we were only ever able to find one remote to work both the tv in that room as well as in the living room. On the main level there was a fair about of "dirt and trash" in the couch and chair, the trash bags for the kitchen trash did not fit the can, the center nob on the stove top was broken, the grill seemed to have some burner cover issues, and the refrigerator had a "change water filter" light on. The only issue upstairs seemed to be that one of the bed room closets appeared to be damaged at the top. Finally the driveway. We were aware the driveway was just dirt, however there was a fairly substantial washout-rut cutting across it which made getting in and out in regular vehicles a struggle, the motorcycles in our group had an even harder time. Overall our stay was fine, but it seems the place would benefit from more attention being paid between guests to cleaning and maintenance to make this a truly great stay that feels worth the cost.
