Perfect for a couple on a budget looking to stay literally on Waikīkī beach. Everything you need is there with stores nearby to get groceries if you want to take full advantage of the kitchen. Also amazing to have the laundry set right there to keep your packing light. Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo we rented. Being steps away from a beautiful beach was amazing. I only have two minor complaints about our condo. One being that I didn’t feel like the floors were cleaned well before our arrival so my husband vacuumed and mopped them. The other thing that was an issue was that there were no pans to cook in the toaster oven so we purchased one and left it there. Hoping it is there when we return next year!

Perfect location and beautifully furnished. We appreciate the amenities of the washer/dryer, kitchen, parking, table and chairs on the lanai. Paul was always quick to correspond before and during our stay. We plan to stay again in the future and recommend to friends. Having the beach just steps away and access to the Steak Shack and Lahaina Shave Ice.

The room was great. Location was incredible. Automated communication was good. Paul was terrible. He did not respond to any text messages. Instead, he sent text messages before we even checked in asking when we would be checking out. The feeling was that he couldn't wait to get rid of us. During check in he told us he would be bringing us back a trash can because ours was broken and that he took it out. He never brought the trash can.

Aloha and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that you experienced poor communication during your stay. We ask guests for the time that they plan to check out in advance, for an efficient housekeeping scheduling. We had no intention of making you feel that way, and we sincerely apologize. We take all guest feedback seriously and will be reviewing our communication processes to ensure that we are providing the best possible experience for our guests. We appreciate your honesty and hope that you will give us another chance to exceed your expectations in the future. Captain Cook Resorts
