Located just off of Cordova Street and just a couple of blocks from the St. George Street walking district, this home is surrounded by other beautiful historic homes, quaint tree-covered streets, and is a short walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, magnificent historic churches, museums, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and antique shops. Park once and never get in your car again!



16 Saragossa Street is recently refurbished and restored in a way that will help you enjoy the rich heritage of the home and surrounding town while also have modern conveniences and everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy classic and crisp linens, soft towels, and all you need to cook "at home." Gather on the back porch for an evening cookout, and in the family room for a movie on the large screen TV. Wake up to a cup of coffee in the front room looking out over the beautiful street.



**PET POLICY: Only small dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

Great Trip to St. Augustine Historic District

The property was nicer than expected. We had a great communication with the team, a very clean and well-organized property, easy parking access on the property, and the location was perfect. It was right in the heart of the historic district with no need to use the car at all. Everything is walkable. There are loads of good restaurants and sunspots nearby. And it seemed that there was ice cream and waffles on every block!

Great location just a short walk to historic district. Comfortable, clean, quiet, great parking. Only gave 3 stars because it’s a work in progress. Very old & not updated in some areas, limited storage, no closet or hanging space in bedrooms and bathrooms. The shortcomings aren’t deal killers but just not worth 5 stars. This property is a handyman and a painter shy of being a real jewel.

We loved it. Easy quick walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Very clean and well equipped. The back porch was wonderful for morning coffee and night time wine. A little bit of quiet paradise in the heart of the city. Suggestions would be longer pulls on the fans and a small step ladder for reaching higher shelves in the kitchen, for us short people. Would definitely stay here again

Our Stay at 16 Saragossa

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable. A few things were not great. We were not informed that the street was closed to through traffic due to the road being torn out. It was pretty noisy during the day. In the house there was no place to hang clothes in the master bedroom and no full length mirror anywhere. Also there is no dishwasher and some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. We loved the area and had no major issues, just annoyances.

We loved this home & it was spotless clean. The location was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere & didn't have to fight traffic or pay for parking. My only complaint is the mattress was too firm for me & a bench in the bathroom to lay clean clothes would be nice.
