Seagull Beach is a great location for fun with lifeguards in the summer, parking on-site, concessions, restrooms, and showers. Tour the area and discover fun attractions like Nantucket Ferry and fantastic nearby chowder restaurants. After a day of adventuring, play a round of cornhole outsie, gather around the firepit to tell stories, and stargaze, bringing the perfect day to a close.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home on the plush furniture, stream a favorite movie on the large TV, or curl up with a good book by the crackling fireplace. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated open-concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a quaint dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures, with a sofa bed provided for extra room.

An outdoor shower is provided; please rinse off when returning from the beach.
For little guests, a highchair is provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
