The location is very convenient. I drove few minutes can arrive some location such as Maritime Museum, JFK Museum, Wricked Wave Water Park…etcWalk 3 minutes to the beach.

The Cottage is a quaint little place when staying on the Cape. The property was centrally located and walkable to downtown and the ferry terminal in Hyannis. It’s also a short walk to the beach which is swimmable. The place itself is basic and the beds are soft, but it works for four people for a few nights.

The only thing we needed was more toilet paper. And then the beach chairs had bugs on them from sitting outside near the dirt.

Beautiful Home

My wife and I stayed at the property for some R&R. Great location and well-maintained home. Owners were friendly and answered all our questions. Close to beaches and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Girls Weekend

I stayed at Daniel's cottage for a long weekend with a couple friends for my birthday. Easy check in process. The digital guide provided was great! Creative storage in bedrooms - the built in drawers are HUGE. Kitchen had all the basics. Overall the cottage was exactly as expected and super close to a small, uncrowded beach. Water was very warm (since you're in a bay), which was a nice change from frigid waters I'm used to on the cape or North Shore beaches. Neighborhood is very quiet. Recommendations for those visiting: - No need to bring beach chairs or a beach umbrella. - Definitely bring your toiletries. - Bring water shoes for the beach if you're not accustomed to rocky New England beaches (some friends were not). - For nights in (or if you have kids), bring some games.
