This apartment was fantastic—perfectly located for our campus visit. The building was quiet, and the unit was cozy and exactly what we needed. We brought our dog along, and he felt right at home too. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking, with winding streets and a fun mix of Greek life and off-campus student housing to take in. Tom was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a quaint, quiet, and comfortable place that’s close to everything, this is the spot for you.
My vehicle is large and I was uncomfortable parking it in your parking lot. We were able to park on the street out front of the building. We found a cockroach in the sink. We named it Sam then promptly killed it. Our host Tom was amazing. He fixed a light and brought us a spoon. He responded very quickly. He is a keeper for sure.
This place is exactly as described, it is in the heart of student living for the university. That wasn’t an issue for me at all, but I would stay there again.
We had a great stay in Columbus! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive, flexible, and very easy to work with. The location was convenient for our project, and the team felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend!
My overall experience was great, quiet & roomy, great for guest. If you are looking for something nice and also affordable close to downtown area I would recommend stay here! Great service and communication with Host.
The beds were comfortable and it offers a nice, clean, relaxing stay. You are set in a college town, in a college neighborhood, so you know what to expect as far as your neighbors. We were there for an event on campus, so it was great to be able to walk there from this place.

Our stay
Floors were sticky, the counter tops were sticky, the bathroom shower wasn’t cleaned. And the place smelled like smoke. The host was easy to reach and communicated well and wanted to rectify the situation. Location was walking distance to OSU which was our main objective because we were there for graduation.

Good place if you're coming to party. Kind of the opposite if you're not. Floors were so filthy we ended up leaving shoes on. Broken glass and cigarette butts in entryway right outside the door. Neighborhood of students who have trashed the properties to the extent it's a challenge to walk dog without risk of cutting paws on broken glass or getting into garbage strewn everywhere.Kitchen light started flashing mysteriously, kitchen poorly stocked, dim table lamps, loud fan in furnace/ac, torn screens, broken blinds and shades, warnings from locals not to leave anything in car or walk alone at night. Very loud neighborhood, can hear people upstairs, place feels run down. Towels were clean, sheets worn and stained, dirt/grime build up on floor and trim. Had to borrow laundry detergent off college kids across the street.Police and fire engines outside every night.Would not recommend to a friend, first time leaving a negative review anywhere.

Weekend Stay
There were no lights in the apartment besides the hallway lights and bathroom. The bathroom shower was dirty and I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean it. There was no broom and the blinds did not open.

Mediocre at best
Not what I thought we signed up for. It is freshly and tastefully redecorated but... the place smells overwhelmingly like smoke. Furniture is worn. Walls are patched. Very dark because there is only one small lamp in each room. Worst of all, behind the door you see next to the TV is a huge furnace that runs constantly. It's loud and not very effective. The location is great, parking is convenient, and the place is relatively clean. If you're young and looking to crash somewhere after a football game or concert than this probably fits the bill. Look elsewhere if you're traveling as a family.
