Modern luxury meets contemporary coastal in this oversized home, located on the quiet, white sands of Sunset Beach, Treasure Island. This unique property was once a duplex, now turned into one single residence and features two (2) full kitchens, living rooms, and laundry rooms, making it perfect for large or multiple family gatherings. As you enter the home on the side facing the beach you will immediately be welcomed by floor to ceiling views of the beach/Gulf, with the sound of the waves crashing up against the sand. The balconies have clear see thru glass and panoramic views of the beach/Gulf. The open floor plan multipurpose room features a sleeper sofa, a dining area, a full kitchen, half bath and stairs leading to the two en-suite primary bedrooms. Each with their own balcony overlooking the Gulf/beach and their own private bathrooms. The street side features another multipurpose room, with living and dining, another laundry room and kitchen, half bath and stairs leading to two more guest bedrooms. The top level has a full bathroom, and three (3) queen beds. This side is perfect for kids, or multiple families! A public boat ramp is just a block East of the house and on the South tip of the Sunset Beach peninsula there's a boardwalk with lovely water vistas as you stroll from the beach & Gulf to the Intracoastal waterway. Sunset Beach is a quiet residential "peninsula beach" that is both off the main pass-through roadways yet very well located with a variety of local restaurants and lifestyle amenities that are walkable. A 20 minute drive whisks you to downtown St Petersburg’s vibrant art/culture/dining/music/events/Tropicana Field. Tampa International Airport is just 40 minutes away. This home is NON SMOKING inside. Please do not exceed the maximum of 14 guests! This home was well thought out and preserved/updated to the standards that it is now and we ask that all guests be respectful of the home as if it were their own. The property to the right is currently under construction and almost near completion and adheres to the county code on work days and hours. Amenities include:

Amazing stay

Our stay was perfect. The set up was perfect for our extended family trip. 8 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of room for all of us. The washers and dryers were great to have, the kitchen was stocked with any gadget or appliance we needed and all was very clean and neat. We found extra beach chairs, sand toys and floaties in the storage under the steps outside. Right on the beach, amazing views, a well kept beach area and a great location with some restaurants well within walking distance. We sincerely hope to be back someday and would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful location!

This former duplex is a great space for two families to share. The views and balconies are beautiful and there is plenty of space in the house. Lori was a great host and was very quick to respond to our needs. Some minor updates are needed in a few areas of the home, but nothing kept us from enjoying our time there.
