New Construction - Direct Beach Front Pool Home - 6 Bedrooms - 4.5 Baths


This beautiful new construction home is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Treasures Island. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.

The first floor consists of a large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars. Step through the door and take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor.

On the second floor you will walk into a large open living area with huge windows overlooking the beach. The living area also has a large sofa with flat screen TV. There is a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for 6 at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area. You can step out onto the balcony to BBQ or sit out and enjoy the breathtaking views.
On this level there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds which will only accommodate children. These bedrooms share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.

The third floor consists of the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 has a king bed and an en suite tub/shower combination. This bedroom and the master share a large balcony with incredible views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
The other two bedrooms on this floor share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV.

The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.

There is no doubt, that you, your family and friends will enjoy your stay in our home.

Best beach house ever

Loved the home. Perfect location. We stayed in for dinner most nights because we loved the place and it was just perfect. We already booked for next year. Definitely rent this place. Beach is easy walk and private. We love this place.

Vacation Perfection!

This home was PERFECT. Location on the beach was incredible and never crowded. The pool was perfect for the kids. The home itself was so spacious, comfortable, and clean. Plenty of room for two families and it had everything we needed and wanted. We would absolutely stay in this home again. In fact, we’ve already tried to rebook but it was booked already. We will keep trying.

Our stay was amazing. The house was perfect. With 11 people we never felt like we were crowded. Spacious layout with very comfortable accommodations (bed, baths, etc.) Great views. All In Reach

Very nice home and very clean. Beautifull view of the beach and the location of the home is perfect for shopping and restaurants. We had six adults and four kids under twelve, with lots of room for us all. Hope to come back soon.

Awesome home

This home was so beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The garage was filled with chairs for the beach and toys if you have any children. I would definitely stay here again. I was very Impressed. If I had any questions the host would email me back immediately. I have stayed at a few VRBO’s and this is the best. Thanks to the host because it was awesome.

What an incredible location. Worth the drive and travel for us. The house is just as advertised. The location is superb and the beach was beautiful. The pool was such a nice touch as it stayed more shaded then being out on the beach. The beach and house is very kid friendly. Provided baby gates, pool toys and floats. Our family of 8 adults and 4 kids had plenty of space and never felt over crowded. The beds are so comfy and the bathrooms gorgeous. I would not hesitate to come back!

Everything you could wish for and more.

Great vacation with family from six states and four generations ! This beach home had it all! It was very nice and clean and all the extras really made it feel special. ( pay it forward bar was a nice touch as well as plenty of supplies and beach equipment). The house is right on beautiful beach and walking distance to a few stores and restaurants. The pool hot tub was a perfect way to end each day and the deck was a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee. Great grandparents appreciated the elevator and the one year old enjoyed the crib, high chair and baby gates. Communication with property manager was great and they responded kindly and quickly to all our needs. One of the best places we have ever stayed!!

Beautiful!!!!

What an awesome home!! Beautiful, spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything from kitchen spices to beach toys and it had the most beautiful and relaxing ocean view! We especially enjoyed seeing dolphins swim by and were awed by the beautiful sunsets. Our three daughters, who love to cook, were totally amazed at the large kitchen with its beautiful appliances. The house floor plan was well thought out and perfect for our family and we appreciated the large garage. Donna, the housekeeper, was friendly and very helpful and had a Christmas tree ready for us. Our family of 14 had a great time, made many happy memories and look forward to a return visit to your very lovely home.

Excellent property!

We loved the house and layout, perfect for our group of 3 families. The location directly on the beach was amazing and not overrun with people. I would absolutely stay at this property again and recommend to others. I would however, make sure to note that the elevator did not work (not a problem for our group but could be a deal breaker for those who need this accommodation) and I was disappointed that a $1,000 deposit was required for the SUPs & kayaks. The deposit felt a little shady asking me to send a check or Venmo/PayPal the money. I was worried that I was being scammed but I recognize the owners need to protect this equipment. Overall, excellent stay and the owner was prompt with replies. 5 star stay!

Family Vacation

Once again we were not disappointed in our stay. This is our 5th time staying with this owner. Always a great time and always great communication with the owners. My only complaint is there needs to be another refrigerator. One refrigerator is not enough room for food and drinks for 14 people for a week. No one wants to spend their vacation running back and forth to the grocery store. Otherwise amazing as always!

Sandy Shores is a brand new home which hosted its for the very first time for Summer 2017. The home has been uniquely designed from our tried and tested floor plan we have used over the past couple of years. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the layout when be build the first home of this design in 2016 so we have continued with the trend. Each home is appointed with the finest finishings and decorations. There is no doubt you, your family and friends will enjoy every moment of their vacation.
