This 3-bedroom 3 bath single family home is your ultimate luxury beach getaway. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the ground floor, the main floor or the upper level. Located in the heart of Treasure Island, you are steps from world famous Caddy s on the Beach. Walk downstairs and reserve your sun chairs or you can even rent a cabana for the day. With direct views of the beach, you will never miss a sunset.

Take a dip in your private cocktail pool, with 11 jets for everyone to enjoy. Turn up the heat and enjoy it as a hot tub as well. The main living area has the living room, bedroom with two twin beds, full bath, along with an eat in kitchen and dining room. On the top floor, there are 2 bedroom suites, one master (king size mattress) and one guest (heavenly Queen mattress) each with their own private bathrooms, plus a loft with a day bed that sleeps 2. Enjoy a cocktail or coffee in the loft upstairs that overlooks the top balcony with gorgeous views of the ocean. Enjoy the luxury of the chef's kitchen, equipped with top of the line KitchenAid appliances and quartz countertops.

The home has a gas dryer/washer stack. Plus, There is parking for up to 3 vehicles on the property!

Great location

This property is conveniently located on beautiful Sunset Beach. The beach is steps away from your door and the there’s even a great beach view. Communication was excellent from the property manager and this was the best stocked rental property that we’ve ever stayed in. Bring your suitcase and prepare to relax!

Yearly Vacation

This was such a great stay! The property is in a perfect location. We could walk to several restaurants and the beach with a 5 minute walking radius. The host was great and checked in with us before and through our stay. Will definitely come back!

I've stayed at dozens of vrbo's and this one takes the cake. Location is excellent! The house is excellent! Communication is excellent! I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in the St. Pete area~!
