Welcome to BraveBnB's, where we provide you with an allergy friendly chemical-free healthy environment, including cleaning products, bedding/linens, filtered water, and more!

Offering a sunny spacious 3 bedroom space, with the amenities you'll love, this townhome is located in a quiet well-established complex, minutes from shopping, ECU Health and East Carolina University!

When you walk in, you'll be in the spacious living room with cathedral ceiling, and you'll see the fully equipped kitchen just beyond. Immediately to your left is the entrance to the hall that leads to the 2 bedroom, 1 bath area (the smaller bedroom is set up as an office space). Walking into the kitchen, you'll see access to the master suite area also to the left, and the back door off the kitchen leads you to the private fenced-in patio and
yard :)

Amenities are listed, but we are most proud of a few healthy features worth mentioning here:

1- We've been treating guests for nearly 2 years with luxury hybrid (natural latex/cotton encased coils) queen mattresses, and we've gotten a lot of positive feedback about their comfort! We cover mattress/pillows in allergy waterproof encasements, further cover with a luxury organic bamboo bed cover, then luxuriously soft microfiber sheets and pillow cases, an all cotton blanket, and top it off with lightweight quilts! All are either Oeko-Tex or Organic certified (or both!) - all washed in Seventh Generation Laundry detergent......all to keep you sleeping healthy and happy!

2- Showers are equipped with Aquabliss SF100 filter to reduce chlorine and other impurities, and a PEVA shower curtain/liners for your tub - the healthiest waterproof material that has no chemical smell!

3- We provide an assortment of coffees and teas, including organic, fair trade, compostable and recyclable - we even offer low acidity coffees, and teas that will help you go nighty night! Equipped with a Keurig K-Supreme Smart Single Serve Coffee Brewer, and mugs containing no toxic lead or other impurities!

You'll have access to the entire townhome, which includes 2 queen bedrooms, 1 office/sleeper sofa, 2 baths, a large kitchen area, living room, and back patio/ fenced-in yard.

To clarify, since we don't live in the unit, we are not readily available in person; however, in some urgent situations, we are about 12 minutes from the unit, so can be available in person if need be :)
We mainly communicate with guests through messaging here on VRBO, but can talk/text by phone if a guest prefers.
Also, my son and I are co-hosts, so we can accommodate requests for female contact only :)

Parking is off road, providing a 2-car driveway.

This listing is for the entire 3-bedroom townhome, located in a quiet area, but close to many locations in town (Vidant 6 miles, ECU 7 miles, Greenville Convention Center 3.9 miles). Perfect for a traveling couple, traveling nurse(s) needing a quiet place to sleep, or just a place to yourselves!
Our spaces are allergy friendly and chemical free environments, so we ask guests to honor that environment in the following ways.
The following are strictly prohibited:
~pets
~smoking or vaping inside unit
~use of heavily fragranced toiletries (essential oils are ok!)
~alcohol based colognes or perfumes applied inside the unit
In addition, we provide natural cleaning products, including dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergents, and spray cleaner (mostly Seventh Generation brand).
Any other cleaners are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
If you do not wish to use these products or abide by the rules set forth here, we ask that you please find another place to stay!!

Quiet hours: 11pm-7am Please be mindful of other guests' privacy; absolutely no loud music, TV, or video after 11pm, or such time as is relayed to guests in check-in instructions.
