About the area
Seward
Located in Seward, this vacation home is in the city center. Kenai Fjords National Park and Chugach National Forest reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Alaska SeaLife Center and Thumb Cove State Marine Park. Kayaking, motor boating, and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
This camper was exactly what we needed! Close to Seward but far enough out of town to have the true Alaskan feel. We ended up changing our Alaska honeymoon trip itinerary after we arrived to the state & needed a last minute place to stay. We came across this camper & stayed 2 nights.
The owner was so sweet & even got us champagne and a card to congratulate us!
100% recommend this!

About the host
Hosted by Maria Strickland
We moved from Florida to Alaska in 2018. We love to fish, hike and camp. But most of all we love to host family and friends year round, showing them the beauty of Alaska.
What makes this property unique
Located not far from the "snagging hole" where you can try your hand at snagging "reds" in late May/early June or "Silvers" in late July/Early August. Enjoy a hike down the historic Iditarod trail located less than a mile from the property or a short drive to hike Mt Marathon, Tonsina or Mount Alice.
