Sleeps 12! This brand new, fully renovated property will make you fall in love! The space has everything you want or need for your Detroit getaway. Less than 15 minutes to downtown and midtown, this super stylish home is a great place for groups of friends or families travelling together. Close to the University District, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly with wide, tree-lined streets. Parking is on-site with a driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles.
BREAKDOWN OF THE SPACE:
3 Floors of living space/1400 sq ft fully renovated.
First floor:
Living room with 65 inch Smart TV
Library/sitting lounge
Dining room with seating for 8
Kitchen - fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), pots and pans, glassware, flatware, kettle and coffee maker -
Second Floor:
-3 Bedrooms - 2 of the 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, luggage rack and closet - one of these bedrooms has a TV
- the 3rd bedroom on the second floor has two queen beds, a nightstands, luggage racks and closet
- Full bathroom with shower and tub combination
Third Floor Loft:
-2 queen size beds.
-separate heating and cooling system
-40 inch Smart TV
-Ultra-comfortable 10.5” hybrid mattresses for all 6 beds

-Laundry facilities on site

Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $250 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $250).
If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay for it.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND. THE HOME IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND THERE ARE ANTI-SMOKING SENSORS WITHIN THE HOME.
