Walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and playgrounds, lake, trails, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and more! Monument Lake and Palmer Lake are close for all your water sports and activities. Fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking! Make this comfy cottage your base camp as you explore all that Colorado has to offer!

Owner is close by for any needs during your stay. We can help provide recommendations for local restaurants or attractions.

No parties or large gatherings allowed on the property.

No drug use or drug activity allowed on the property.

No uninvited guests are allowed to the property without owner approval.
