This is the perfect END UNIT with amazing views as far as the eye can see. Walk and discover treasures in the sand, fish directly from the beach or just relax and wait for dolphins to swim by.
* Waking up to nothing but oceanfront views, waves crashing and ocean life sounds puts you in vacation mode immediately.
* Located on the 2nd floor with easy access to and from the beach and parking lot make your vacation easy.
* This adorable updated unit sleeps 4 people easily. In the 1 bedroom is a king bed, T.V. and a large closet that is great for storing your belongings. Along the hallway there are twin bunkbeds that comfortably sleeps children and adults. As you enter the living area you will find a brand new sofa, T.V., table and chairs, and counter with stools. To the left you will find a fully equipped kitchen and on the right you will find slider doors that look out to a private deck with seating.
* One of the many great features of staying here is that all of your bed linens & bath towels are provided along with 2 beach chairs. Lots of seating is on the deck for all to enjoy. Beach towels are not provided but there is a laundry room on site.
* Once you are on this island oasis you will never want to leave. Enjoy the tennis courts, horseshoes, kayaks, and basketball courts right across the street. An outdoor grilling area is provided for guests and there is a GREAT general store across the street that carries everything from coffee, ice cream, food, beach attire, souvenirs and more.
* One of the fun features on the island is the Tiki Hut. It is open every day and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It has a T.V. and music along with yard games and special events happening all of the time.
* Within a 5 minute drive you can get to a beautiful 18 hole golf course, a variety of restaurants and grocery stores along with several fun places to go shopping.

We love it on Topsail Island and want to share it with you.

Rinse off all beach equipment and leave it on the back deck. Empty the fridge of everything. Bring all garbage out to the trash bins in the parking lot. Log out of any apps used on the televisions
- Return keys to the lockbox - Put the parking passes back on the hook. -Double-check that you didn't forget anything.

The property was directly on the beach! I enjoyed siting on the patio and listening to the ocean. We had a few small hiccups with the property but all was handled very quickly and professionally by the host. Excellent communication during our stay. We even found shark teeth on the beach which was very exciting. We had a great time. Thanks!

Serene location & property

The property was as listed, and we were very comfortable with all aspects! The balcony was a favorite spot, watching the waves, seeing the birds, and listening to the sounds. The beach was clean and not crowded! Andrew enjoyed our visit to the Tiki Hut!

I would like to have known there was no beach in front of my condo, just sandbags and ocean. Luckly there was a public access within walking distance.

First of all, the unit was wonderful, clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was spectacular However, “the beach”. This section of North Topsail has had some major erosion problems which they are desperately trying to stave off with huge 10 feet sandbags. Sadly some these sand bags are directly in front of the unit. The stairs leading down to the beach was even blocked because at high tide, there was absolutely no beach. None. The waves crashed (beautifully!) against the sand bags and I’d say it was 4 feet deep at the base of the beach stairs. It was necessary to lug our beach gear down the street about 75 yards and walk to the beach through a public access entry. This is not the unit owners fault. Not at all! But I do feel they should have included that information in their description. There are about 100 units in this condo and mostly were impacted by this same situation. By the way, you COULD access the beach for about 3 hours either side of low tide. But not enough room to“Set up camp” for the whole day. I do hope that the beach erosion measures will work!!!!

The host was very responsive to questions we had a head of time. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was how high the tide had gotten and made the beach access pier unusable as the waves and sandbags covered part of the stairs. Luckily we had public beach access only a few houses down so we still had a quick walk to the beach. Definitely can't wait to go back again

We feel Topsail is the most beautiful island in North Carolina, Peaceful, tranquil, and relaxing is what we love most about Topsail Beach. When you cross over the bridge and drive onto the island you are in a tropical paradise. Our unit is the last building on the island with the most beautiful views. There is a convenience shop that has essentials and two hotel restaurants with great food. Everything else you need is just over the bridge or it can be delivered right to your door.
