About this property

Updated luxury two bedroom vacation condo in oceanfront complex with oceanfront swimming pool. Very nice updated condo with updated kitchen, tile floors and updated bathrooms. Kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, granite counter tops and new appliances. Open kitchen and nice size living room with nice sectional couch with large flat screen TV. Master bedroom has queen size bed with en suite full bath. Guest bedroom has two twin beds with access to a full bath. Beachwood has a very nice oceanfront pool and easy direct oceanfront beach access. Secured gated complex with parking for two cars. Beachwood is close to Coligny shops and restaurants. Town of HH Celebration park with giant Pirate Ship playground is just a short walk away. Bike paths close too.

Forest Beach area has miles of bike paths to enjoy and shopping at Coligny Plaza. Enjoy Frosty Frog cafe pizza, sandwiches, wings and your favorite beer or frozen drinks. There are over 60 local shops, from gem stores, to locally made clothes, swim wear and casual clothes too. You can enjoy fine dining at the Sage Room or the best breakfast in town at Plantation Deli. You can walk to Coligny shops and restaurants from Beachwood, about a five minute short walk.

Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 250 shops, 200 restaurants, 118 miles of bike paths and over 17 miles of beautiful sandy beaches. You can go jet skiing, deep sea fishing, golfing, play tennis, biking, shopping, dining, or just relax at the beach and get a nice tan. Great place in a Great location

Great stay in a very well appointed unit. Location was walkable to shops and restaurants. Beach was great for easy walking and biking.

Loved it!

Great location, clean, no wait for the elevator. Chair rental available on the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Just bring extra washcloths. You only get one per person for the length of the stay and the laundry is on a different level. As others have said, it would be nice to have some privacy on the master door but it’s not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again!

It’s not what I expected

The description of this unit is not accurate. There is no king size bed, there is a queen size bed, and two twin beds, there are no blinds or window treatments on the patio door in the bedroom. The tiny little patio balcony was very very dirty, and we had to lay towels down in order to sit on the furniture. The inside was not clean at all, I won’t get into details about what the inside looked like bad they needed a new cleaning crew. There was hair on the countertops and grease all over the stove and coffee grinds in the coffee maker and crumbs all over the floor just to name a few. I had to clean the place before we could even feel comfortable staying there. Our “welcoming packet” did not give us any information about the gate access code or the beach access code so we had to call and then wait hours before anyone called us back. Thankfully, we had some nice neighbors that gave us the information. Now if you’re looking for a place that is close to the beach, and you don’t care that it’s clean, then this is your place.

First time at HHI

We enjoyed our visit to HHI. The condo was in a perfect location and the perfect size for what we needed. Short walk to the beach. Loved that it was gated. The only thing I’d suggest to improve the condo is blinds or curtains over the balcony door from the master. It didn’t offer much privacy.
