Family getaway

Really loved the location and the condo set up. Great to be able to have bedrooms separate. Was a little dated and coffee maker and blenders didn’t work. Pans were old. Liked having a washer and dryer in the condo. Roxie was great. Better communication from evolve about check in. We were lucky someone let us in gate. If not we were blocking the road until we could get fob from room. Need a better way to get in. Liked close to elevator and would probably stay again.

Great location

We had a fantastic week at Seaside Villas! Great location. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

It's Ok. NEXT TO AN ELEVATOR. View of the PARKINGLOT and the dumpster.

This is our 8th Spring Break on HHI. Our 3rd time in Sea Side Villas. We rented this unit because of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The price reflects the amenities (beat-up). But not the location of the unit in the building. The price should be lower to compensate for the view and the noisy elevator right next to the master bedroom window. The descriptions goes over what is included, but doesn't mention that: - the unit is next to an elevator - beach chairs are NOT included (I've never stayed in a rental that doesn't include beach chairs, Hilton Head or not) - the view from the balcony is probably one of the worst ones in the building Neighborhood is great! Close to shopping, restaurants, Pope Ave, Van Der Meer Tennis and Sea Pines 2nd gate. Check in was easy. Communication with the owner was great. Cancellation policy and fees are one of the best on VRBO. We will be back to HHI for many more years, but NOT to this unit.

basic but acceptable

Condo was very nice, but didn't have any beach stuff (chairs, cooler, towels), so bring your own. Sunbathing platform was great, as was beach access. A little over-priced for what you got.
