Good for short stay, but not longer
The host was nice to pick us up from the station (which is a 2 min drive, 5-10 min to station). Which we thought it was nice and he gave our kid some snacks. But sadly the beds are hard as rocks. He gave us a sponge that helped but not good for many days. There is no shower curtain so everything gets soaked when you shower. The water goes freezing cold to boiling hot out of no where and it cuts too. The kitchen comes with working appliances, and utensils. But everything was dirty, we had to wash everything before use and we did not want to use the coffee maker cause it was too dirty. It looks bigger on pictures, so be prepare for that. It is located in the back and top of an Indian restaurant which they give you 20% off if you mention you are staying which is nice. But the smell and noise is a lot sometimes. The other people around where SUPER loud very late or very early. Host was nice but hard to reach after the first day, when we needed stuff like toilet paper. We got ahold of him when he showed up one day with some men asking if we lived there, and we were confused. We said we were staying there but then they asked if we lived there.
Overall I would say it is pretty close to the station and its ok for a couple of days. But for a longer stay it has way to many things that contribute to disliking the stay.
