The Property:

Easy, convenient, and contact-less check in process using smart door lock. Gated community with access code to enter. Spacious open floor plan living area. Smoke-free and pet-free for comfort. Outside patio seating. Hot jetted bathtub in Owner Suite #1. Smoke and Carbon monoxide detector in all rooms for safety. Complimentary high-speed internet and over 100 TV channels. Streaming services available in living room and Owner Suite. BYOL. Washer and Dryer with laundry detergent included. Fully equipped kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances, coffee/espresso makers, toaster, tea kettle, and blender. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Both kids bedrooms are custom designed themed rooms. Both of which have their own TVs and special LED ceiling lights with built in speakers.

POOL FEES:
The pool can be heated upon request. The nightly charge for using the pool heater is between 35 and 50 dollars depending on the season. The advance notice and full payment need to be made at least 48 hours prior of the check-in date.

RENTAL OPTIONS:
Brand-new luxury and recreational REGAL LS2 boat priced at $299 per 3-hour rental. Length: 22'4". Capacity: 7 people including a professional licensed captain. Captain's fee and fuel not included in the price. $40 for towing tube (optional).

Brand-new 3-seater YAMAHA VX Cruiser HO priced at $199 per 2.5-hour rental. Capacity: 3 people. Life vests: provided. Fuel included.

BBQ GRILL 2 sizes to choose from: 3-burner grill priced at $100 per week or 4-burner grill priced at 115 dollars per week. The full tank and BBQ utensils will be provided at no extra charge. The advance notice and full payment need to be made at least 48 hours prior of the check-in date.

ENTERTAINMENT rentals:
Poker bundle (table, 8 chairs, chips, cards) priced at $185 per week.
Movie Projector with 150' screen and stand priced at $125 per week.
Popcorn machine with 2 kits priced at $100 per week. Additional kits available to purchase ($3 each).
Arcade Infinity game table priced at $50 per stay. Table contains digital versions of 40+game boards. Great fun for kids and for adults, too. The advance notice and full payment need to be made at least 48 hours prior of the check-in date.

BABY GEAR rentals:
Stroller priced at $25 per stay.
Pack 'N Play priced at $25 per stay.
Highchair priced at $25 per stay.
Baby monitor priced at $40 per week.
$40 if stroller and pack and play bundled together. The advance notice and full payment need to be made at least 48 hours prior of the check-in date.

The property has a strict NO smoking and NO pet policy. Violators are subject to a $500 penalty plus any additional fees to cover the cost of cleaning and sanitizing the area. For the comfort of all our guests, we thank you for respecting this rule.
