We invite you to share our home where you will experience the environment you know you deserve, we will do everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible - why settle for less? From the moment you arrive you will see we have created a quality environment, and regular visits by us, ensures that our home remains immaculate and meets our own and our guests high standards.

Our beautiful, spacious but inviting home has been exquisitely furnished and comprehensibly equipped with everything that you would require for the perfect vacation.

Southview Villa lies in a quiet secluded enclave of luxurious private executive homes surrounded by wooded areas and three lakes. It is situated within the prestigious resort of Lake Berkley, a peaceful oasis and an ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity away from the crowds and pamper yourself.

It has its own private pool and spa. There is an additional charge to heat the pool and spa, recommended Oct - May.

Just 10/15 minutes from Disney World, 20 mins to SeaWorld and 30 minutes to Universal/Islands of Adventure, perfectly situated for all the theme parks.

We are literally minutes from unlimited shops, dining and entertainment attractions that have become synonymous with the 192.

If you must keep your "Finger on the Pulse" don't worry as we provide free wireless internet access and free National and International phone calls 24 hours a day. It is the perfect place to embark on an enchanted journey of Central Florida and see the delights it has to offer the entire family.

Very nice accommodation

The house was very nice. Lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed the outside a lot. It was very hot out so the air in the house was at 72. The bedrooms didn’t have a lot of cold air or air flow but overall it was nice.

Very nice home

We really enjoyed this very nice home. It had all the amenities as described. The house was setup very nicely with everything you can imagine you would need, ie. coffee pots, high chair, playpen, plenty of towels, etc. We are very happy with everything.

Beautiful home, fabulous host

Our party of eight included eight year-old granddaughters, their parents in their late 30s early 40s, and grandparents in their late 60s. We found this home to be extremely clean, convenient to all the Disney action, and the pool was an absolute must for our granddaughters. The home decor was lovely, and the home itself well appointed. I would love to stay here again someday.

The view from the pool was very nice.It was close to grocery stores and other things. It was perfect place to stay with my family. I left my hair dryer and they will mail it back to my home. Maddie was quick to respond to my messages and is thoughtful.

Fabulous holiday in Florida

Southview is a lovely house, in picturesque surroundings looking out onto the lake. ideally located in Kissimmee, great for restaurants and a short drive to the parks. The property has everything you could possibly need for a family vacation, highly recommended. I hope to stay here again in the future. The owner of this property was a first class host and went beyond expectations to ensure my family had a fabulous experience staying there.

Maddie was great, property management not so much

Arrival was great, Maddie was great, but the property management could have been way more attentive. From the very first moment we used the pool/hot tub, there were issues. I understand that they only work until 5pm, but the fact that we had to let them know 3 times on 3 different days that there were issues with the pool is very disappointing. First the hot tub wouldn't heat up, then the pool was 105 degrees, then the third time it was still way too hot around 100 degrees. Finally I told them to just turn off the pool heat because its in the middle of July and the pool doesn't need heat. The 4th time we used the pool it was finally good because we filled it with cold hose water. There were some other minor issues like several of the towels were not clean even though they were folded like they were. Three closet doors need some TLC, the kitchen cabinets need some TLC, and the master bathroom needs brighter lighting. Also the water pressure in the shower and heads are very low, could use some improvement there as well. One last suggestion, it would be nice to have check out at 11am. So mainly other than the major pool temp issues, the property itself, as well as the prime location near Walmart (like 3 minutes away), was really nice and we enjoyed it otherwise. I think it would have been a bigger issue if we didn't have other things planned during our stay.

Best villa we have stayed in!

I could not find fault with this villa at all. The brand-new mattresses were very comfortable. The heated pool was perfect, and very much enjoyed by the kids. Overall it's the best villa we have stayed at, in and around the Kissimmee area. We look forward to returning and have already booked our next stay in this lovely villa.

This property is great for families with kids. It is about 15 minutes to Disney and has everything that you might need for kids from strollers, play yard, pool, plenty of beds, games, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and close to parks

Lots of space for family in comfortable and relaxing surroundings. The pool area was great especially since it was very hot while we were there. Easy to get to/from airport and surrounding attractions. Host Maddie was wonderful!

Denis and I were married for nearly thirty nine years before he sadly passed away. We had two children, Suzanne and Robert. We had grown up together and family life was central to us both. I had been fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom and made it my mission to provide a loving home environment for us all; this is something which I am immensely proud of. I have now turned my attention to our home in Florida. Families play an important role in our lives and we hope this devotion has transcended into our stunning home in Florida. We are fortunate to call previous guests, friends, and for us this is what owning a home is all about. Communication is the key…it is not a blind transaction, we are here to make sure your stay is as pleasurable as possible. Trust is also a key feature.

Florida and families go hand-in-hand. There is no better place for us than the peaceful oasis of the upmarket gated community of Lake Berkley Resort. As soon as we visited the area we knew it was the place for us. It has so much to offer…tennis, basketball, volley ball, and much, much more. It is a wonderful place to take time-out to be with your children and family members. Our resort is so tranquil; a haven for wildlife and our newest addition is our fabulous community pool and splash area for adults and children alike! It is so central to all of Orlando’s attractions dining, shopping and much, much more.
