Don’t Reserve this Rental

It isn’t a real rental. Driveway is completely demolished & couldn’t even pull in if you wanted to. There’s no house number in front like the other houses, you just have to rely on maps. again, this is a false listing. do not reserve it.

Terrible time

I would never recommend vrbo to anybody. This was my first time using this horrid app to celebrate my birthday out in Joshua tree. I arrive day of to the property and it is sold on the market and the host never took down the listing for the property and I had to deal a 6 hour headache of being hung up on by both the host and vrbo support to find lodging. I had to stay in a seedy motel vrbo found and was only comp’d two nights for my stay and still had the audacity to let me figure out the rest of my trip for where I was going to stay. They have Terrible customer service reps that will hang up on you if they can’t help you, and the ones who do help already seem irritated and only willing to help to get you off the phone quicker. I had to go through hoops to convince them the host was scamming me and had to press for a refund for my trip.The worst part is that they would not refund the money I spent to book my remaining days they left me in the dark about. I wish I would’ve paid the extra $200 somewhere else to avoid the headache and stress of where I was staying for my trip. I would never wish this hassle on anybody.
