Property had all the ammenities you could ask for, fantastic location ridiculously close to the park, and a great spot for stargazing. owners were accommodating and friendly. highly reccommend
Cabin is set way back up against Joshua Tree park. Very quiet and close enough to town of 29 palms for great dinning. I will certainly stay there again
This vacation and property were a perfect recharge for me. The cabin is lovely, as are the owners. The scenery around the cabin had me spellbound. I highly recommend it!
This is the perfect place to stay if you plan to spend time in Joshua Tree or 29 Palms. The property is clean, spacious, and has a tremendous view of the park. It’s quiet and the owners are immediately next-door. They are the nicest and most responsive of people in the world. It’s perfect. Thank you!!

Indian Cove Ranch was everything and more for a 3 day stay. I wish we were able to stay longer. Todd and Leslie were wonderful hosts. They greeted us and explained all the features of their beautiful place. The king size bed and pillows was the best we ever slept on. The park boundary is next to their property line. The remoteness added to the appeal. The night sky was incredible from horizon to horizon. It couldn't be any closer to the Indian Cove Park entry. This will be our come back to stay in the Joshua Tree Park area place. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
The property was great had all their amenities and a great place to spend a weekend and relax and explore the park.

This was by far one of the best and most comfortable stays we've experienced! We came to visit Jtree and literally were right next to Indian Cove hiking area and loved being able to access both the West and North entrances before the crowds came in. The cabin was wonderful - awesome hot tub, huge TV with a lot of watching options, everything we needed in the kitchen (including Jtree coffee beans), and a super comfortable king sized bed. The remote setting also allowed us to view the stars and experience a beautiful sunset every evening. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to spend a few days in Jtree or 29 Palms.
Beautiful home adjacent to Joshua Tree National Park
This home has everything we needed for a 5-day stay to explore Joshua Tree National Park. The patio has a terrific view of the desert and hills in the background. We enjoyed relaxing there to watch the changing shadows on the hills as the sun set. We enjoyed the full moon from the hot tub as well! The owners are very friendly -- communication and check-in were both efficient, and their restaurant suggestion was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy Joshua Tree.
This is the perfect rental property for a visit to Joshua Tree National Park. It’s located literally adjacent to the park boundary, well away from the town center and all other houses (minus the owner’s house next door). As a result, it’s extremely quiet. The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The living room has plenty of comfortable furniture and a large smart TV. The covered patio with plenty of seating that looks out into the wilderness is inviting. The kitchen is small, but we prepared dinner every night with no problems. Many spices/sauces/paper goods have been left from previous renters which was handy. Coffee beans and a grinder are provided by the owners, which was a nice touch. Plenty of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, soaps and toiletries are on hand as well. The hot tub was very welcome after long hikes in the park. It was still a bit chilly for the pool in April but would be great in summer. We heard coyotes and saw plenty of rabbits from the patio. Be sure to look at the night sky after dark!
The cabin is literally 20 feet from the national park. We loved the quiet simplicity if the cabin. Enjoyed the hot tub each evening after hikes. Great host and very clean.
We went to the park a few times, went to Palm Springs, Pioneer Town, all within a pretty easy drive. The place is fantastic and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are added bonuses that we enjoyed during the heat of the day and to star gaze. Overall excellent experience!

Hosts were very nice, Property was wonderful, and the view was fantastic. If you love peace and quiet, this is the place for you.
One of the most lovely cabins we’ve been to. This ranch is well secluded and private. The cabin is gorgeous inside and out. Watching the sunset in the hot tub was unforgettable. Thank you Todd and Leslie for the hospitality.
We enjoyed getting to experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets, super close proximity to hiking/biking/climbing. Great pool temp to cool off during the day and perfect amount of space in doors too. You can experience feeling like you’re out in nature with access to amenities and a/c if desired.
We spent 6 weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The cabin is comfortable. Listing is accurate. Todd and Leslie are great hosts and responded quickly to any issues we had. Great place to experience the desert in comfort.

We moved to Joshua Tree in 2007 to escape the city life and never looked backed.
Why they chose this property
I walked by it and fell in love with it instantly. I knew I would buy it someday (not knowing it was for sale) and within a month, we were in escrow. I always wanted a log cabin and it is exactly what I always dreamed of.
What makes this property unique
Having Joshua Tree National Park as your backyard : )
