Brand new tiny home will provide perfect get away spot. Located in Austin Lake Community. Community has lake access from a Corp. of Engineers maintained boat launch and swimming area. 14 miles from I-40 convenient to both Cookeville and Baxter TN. Visit Cookeville Boat dock Marina, Burgess Falls and Window Cliff a short drive away.

Tiny Lake Home

Tiny Home had plenty of room for my husband and I. Being able to bring our small dogs made it even more enjoyable! Great view of the lake and good fishing!
