About this property

In an enclosed big ground of 1800 m2 we have two excellent brand new houses (2008-2009).
Beyond the houses you have a tropical garden, a playing ground of sand (m 14x6) for sport (beach volleyball, beach soccer, badminton, ... ) a large swimming pool (10x5 m) situated in a reserved part of the plot. By the pool there is a kitchen with sink, gas cooker and refrigerator, bathroom and showers, a large veranda (50m2), barbecue, garden table with parasol and 6 chairs, beach chairs and hammocks.
Entrance in front for cars, parking. Entrance on the back. The houses are fully furnished and equipped with cooking utensils, linens and towels.
To ensure the privacy of our guests, we don’t rent the two houses simultaneously for different groups of people.
Who rents one of the two houses have exclusive use of all facilities of the property.

Casa confortável, limpa e muito organizada, como anunciado!

A casa corresponde exatamente ao anúncio. Muito verde. Plantas lindas e bem cuidadas. Piscina grande. Campo de areia para vôlei, quartos com ventilador de teto, cama confortável, banheiros limpos e novos. Espaço de sobra para as crianças brincarem! A casa parece uma pousada. A cozinha é bem equipada e as refeições são ao ar livre, com mesas e cadeiras para todos. Os proprietários são cordiais e nos atenderam muito bem. Todos nossos familiares gostaram muito da casa! A localização é boa, pois fica muito próximo à praia, de onde se tem uma visão magnífica do por do sol!. Tem padaria e mercadinho próximos. Para ir ao centro (onde estão localizadas a igreja e a feirinha de artesanato) é necessário uso de carro. O bairro é silencioso, o que para nós é muito importante. Recomendo com certeza!

Excelente Estadia !!!!

Imóvel em excelente localização, recebemos extremamente limpo e organizado, a casa é muito ampla com uma área de lazer maravilhosa, onde as pessoas que estão na churrasqueira, cozinha ou piscina, conseguem interagir, as suítes são excelentes com um chuveiro de "dar inveja"... Os donos do imóvel extremamente educados e solícitos, em momento algum, sentimos falta de privacidade, muito pelo contrário, ficamos bem a vontade. A cozinha muito bem equipada com todos os ítens necessários e facas bem amoladas para um belo churrasco. Muito Obrigado pela estadia e espero voltar em outras oportunidades. Daniel Guimarães.

EXCELENTE

Casa lindíssima, bem localizada e muito bem equipada. Fica próxima ao supermercado, padaria e demais comércios locais o que facilita muito. Espaço maravilhoso para as crianças brincar a vontade.
