Comfortable and cozy house, 240 m2 of area built on 450 m2 of land in prime area near the beach and downtown. 5 bedrooms (4 suites), 4 varandões with network anchor points, air conditioning, pool, barbecue, freezer, refrigerator, etc and parking for 4 cars in a row. In the living room sofa in L, corner lamp, table for 4, ceiling fan and TV. It is the renter's responsibility to safety in the use of the pool. The pool is tiled across and fiberglass NO. Beside the pool is a delicious chuveirão. Weekends and extended holidays to Great prices ... Check !!!
