Welcome to our completely remodeled, cozy, and relaxing cottage—your perfect getaway! Once you’re here, you won't want to leave. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for any occasion.

Our private lot boasts a covered patio, complete with a television and comfortable seating for conversations. Outdoor amenities include dining space, a propane grill, a fire pit, cornhole boards, and bags for family fun, both inside and outside. A variety of games are provided for your entertainment.

The living room features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a sleeper sofa, along with a 60" television. We provide Fubo TV with a sports package so you won't miss a minute of your favorite sports games.

Both bedrooms feature full-length mirrors and televisions, along with a full coffee bar.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need, and we ensure that all linens are freshly changed after each stay.

The bathroom includes starter toiletries, a blow dryer, and a makeup mirror for your convenience.

I highly recommend this cottage. It is very clean, and newly renovated . It is conveniently located and appears just as listed . The owner has provided extra amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. It has a nice covered patio, gas grill and fire pit .

This is our 3rd year coming to GOTL to visit wineries. This cottage has been the best place we've stayed. We loved all the amenities the hosts provided and used the patio every morning to drink our coffee & have a breakfast snack before heading to a winery. We visited 10 wineries between Tuesday & Friday.

Very clean, great AC, well stocked with towels, snacks, and waters. Very nice covered outdoor patio to relax on. Very nice fire pit with bundle of wood however we didn’t get a chance to use it. Sometimes pictures are misleading but in this case it was everything we saw and more. We give this place an A

Cutest Place and Great Host

My husband and I found this place and were nothing but happy with the cottage. It was very clean, very thought out with all the amenities and close to Geneva’s downtown strip. We will definitely choose to stay here again!!

This was our second time booking Linnys cozy cottage. It is beautifully decorated. We appreciated all of her extra supplies, coffee, snacks, games, extra towels etc…We would definitely book again. We wish she had a bigger rental for bigger family gatherings.

Beautiful Cottage

This little cottage is beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed for a comfortable stay. The hosts have thought of everything a guest would want. We did not use the kitchen for cooking, but it was well stocked if a person planned to prepare meals. We loved the stocked coffee bar complete with K cups and creamers! The hosts even left some bottled water and a few snacks for us- so thoughtful. We visited in January when many things are closed- and then it rained much of the time- but the cottage was so cozy we didn’t mind. We loved the fireplace, extra throw blankets, super soft bedding, the provided streaming services, and the games. When we did go out, we had excellent meals at Rennick Meat Market and Briquettes, both a short drive away in Ashtabula. We also drove to see some of the nearby covered bridges, visited the Lodge at GOTL, ate a nice meal at Horizons in the lodge, and walked the paved trail along Lake Erie. We hope to return in warmer weather and enjoy more that the area has to offer. We would also love to use the back patio with TV and fire pit. We liked that the yard is surrounded by a privacy fence. We would recommend this cottage to anyone- you will not be disappointed!!

This cabin was absolutely amazing! The perfect get away for a girls weekend. So beautiful inside and well kept. A nice little welcome bsket abd the area qas nkce and quite. I would highly recommend this place and we are plannkng to make this cabin an annual girls get away trip!
