Kenzie's Sandcastle is a cozy 1 bedroom cottage with a partial lake view.

Kenzie's Sand Castle is a newly remodeled one bedroom cottage.The cottage has vaulted ceilings, reading nook , hard wood floors,granite counter top and a partial lake view. We provide dishwasher,microwave,toaster coffee maker stove and all utensils.All linens and towels are also provided. You can relax on the front porch swing or toast marshmallows at your fire pit. We are located just east of The lodge at Geneva on the Lake. It is short walk to wineries , zip line ,Beach, Marina and downtown Geneva on the lake .Or you can catch the wine tour bus at the lodge.
A perfect place for larger groups when combined with Ethan's Lake House next door.
We are also only 6 miles from the spire sports Complex .
Two night minim stay. Take a additional 10% off with a 7 day 6 night stay.

I was in town for a wedding at the lodge across the street and was within walking distance! Such a cute little house, super clean and easy check in and out! Enjoyed my stay!

The Kenzie Cottage was very comfortable and spotless. It was located in a great area that made it easy to get around. We enjoyed our stay there and are hoping to visit again in the Fall.

Cottage was just as pictured and very nice for my friend and I. The outdoor area was great to extend our relaxation space. The weather was very hot but the air-conditioning worked great, and the bedroom had a ceiling fan too. It is perfect for 2 people - and close enough to walk to the strip, but far enough away to also be quiet. Check in was easy, wi-fi was fine. I highly recommend this cottage for a cozy little getaway.

We stayed over a weekend. Location is great and very easy check-in. The cottage is a like a tiny home; cozy and comfortable, with anything you’d need. The kitchen has an apartment type stove/oven; can even bake! The fridge is a mini; make note of how much food you bring.It was just two of us and worked out fine. We definitely want to stay again.

Cozy little cottage. Perfect for two people. Ideally located. Close to all attractions, but removed enough that it was quiet and enjoyable. Property is very well-maintained. Met the property owner who was very friendly and accommodating.

Family trip

I rented Kenzie's cottage for my in-laws during a group family trip. My husband and I have stayed at Ethan's cottage a couple of times before and this one was just as great. The cottage was perfect and had everything you would need. Very clean and super nice! They really enjoyed the outdoor patio area at night. The owners are very friendly and awesome! Highly recommend renting from them!

GOTL Overnight Stay

Small cottage did the trick for an overnight stay close to the Lake. Place was tidy and comfortable. Although quite common to see, there was no mention of the outdoor security cameras throughout the property which should have been disclosed in the listing. Overall we had a great time and the property manager was quick and easy to communicate with. Would recommend.
