About this property

Drench yourself in quiet, peace, water and light. Get lost in our cozy and hidden beach house. Take a walk in to the charming Bellport Village or bike over to Mothers beach. Play some tennis or golf….or spend the day on beautiful HoHum beach…just a short ferry ride away.

Just some info that may be helpful in making your decision to book our place.

Pool
Our pool has a fence around the backyard but it does not have a safety gate/fence. So if you our your children are in the backyard, you have access to the pool.

Pool heater
The pool has the option to be heated. If you want to have the pool heated, you can let us know and we will charge you for the propane fuel that you use for the duration of your stay.

The village of Bellport has many amenities that only residents and their guests can use. In order to take advantage of these amenities… the Tennis club, golf club and ferry to Ho-Hum beach you have to purchase a Village ID. That ID costs $450 for the duration of your stay. and it gives access to 2 adults and 2 children under 12. $100 per extra adult and $75 per extra child. Then there are usage costs associated with the activities after that but you get resident prices for all those activities.

Relaxing setting on quiet street

Very clean, private setting, natural environment both in home and in the backyard. Very responsive owner. Spacious and bright. Stayed with two young kids and all enjoyed.

Hello All and thank you for booking our little slice of Long Island Heaven. We are David and Ashley Price... We spent 20 years in NYC, living working and dreaming. Ashley as a creative director of multiple retail brands and David as an actor, writer, comedian. We now currently live in Columbus, Ohio with our two children, but love coming out and visiting our Bellport Abode.

We love Bellport because many of our amazing New York friends have homes here. The town is sleepy yet vibrant...full of fun, art, calm, ocean breezes and friends. After you spend some time here you will understand just how special Bellport is.

What makes this property unique

Our home is a lovely mix of modern and mid century design and decor. Surrounded by trees and foliage our home is a quiet little hide away that is just steps into town or steps to the ocean. You can relax by the pool all day and not hear or see another soul. Which we think will be good for your soul.
