Great Spot

My son and I were out east for a baseball tournament. This cottage was perfect for us. Plenty of food options nearby. The basketball court was fun. The cottage and property itself are top notch. Very well kept. Brand new. Had plenty of movie options on the tv as it rained a bit. Just be mindful as others stated, the cottage sits directly behind the owners main house. You have a partial view of the water. For the purpose of our trip, this place checked all the boxes. Plenty of kitchen amenities, towels, laundry if needed. John was super cool too.
