NO onsite pool. The pool is off-site, and cost $.
A beautiful South West Recreational center park @ back of the house: Free: play ground, 2 baseball fields, 3 basketball field, outdoor gym.
Cost$: Olympic pool ($8/day), 8 clay tennis courts, indoor gym, indoor basketball field. POOL AND GYM ARE FREE TO SENIOR CITIZENS: (>=65 years old) with Insurance (such as Medicare) that offers Silver Sneakers. Pool hours: M-Thurs: 7am-2pm, then 630pm-830pm. Friday: 7am-2pm; Sat: 10am-noon. Gym hours: M-S: 6am-8pm

Inside house: Washer/dryer, 3 TVs Roku device, among other things.

No hidden fees. Some OTHER listings may have owner fees, such as Security Depo Protection, Admin Departure Fee, Hskp G or Hospitality Package fees. But I don't have such fees.

No Pet please

The place was real nice, perfect for a weekend get away with friends. Tons of restaurants near by to eat at, or if you need groceries there is a Publix and Walmart close by too. It's not far from St Petersburg or Tampa either.

Cute little place

Cute little house with all that we needed to have a home away from home while visiting family. Close to Indian Rocks Beach, near by grocery and shopping. The park behind the house was a Godsend for vacationing with a toddler. Thanks, Thai for sharing your house!

The house was just OK.

The house had issues. It had ants (Flying ants) that inundated the Kitchen & Living room. The back patio needed a lot of work. The grill looked like no one ever cleaned it and there was a dead mouse on the patio.

Simple, clean, and centrally located

Check in process was simple, I had to request door code. Home was clean, and in great location to Tampa, clearwater and St. Petersburg. Only recommendation would be to have few more "extras" such as; drinking glasses, cooking dishes, pots and pans, thick warm blankets, and maybe beach towels. Thank you for a safe, clean place on our vacation!

Super Great House and Location

The location is easy to find, house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Yard full of plants, shrubs, and trees, screened in back porch. Thai and his wife are super friendly and readily reply to any questions or concerns you have. Great couple. Quiet neighborhood, park right behind, close to IRB, and rest of beaches close drive, stores are close, restaurants are close. Would do again if heading that way in the future.

Clean and quiet

The house was clean and ready for us. It’s in a quiet family neighborhood, and the playground behind the house is fantastic—wish we could have had our grandkids with us to enjoy it. Owner responded quickly to a question we had. And as listed, it’s only a few minutes from gulf beaches.

Great property at a bargain!

This property was clean as soon as we walked in and the check in process was easy and comfortable to do. We experienced no problems in the beautiful neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Overall, an amazing place to stay at to go to any of the 3 beaches near by!

Get location & responsive host

The house is close enough to the Pinellas Bike trail you can ride over to the trail. Taylor Park, a beautiful large park, is about 2 miles away. The best was walking through the gate in the backyard onto a tree covered walking trail with outside exercise equipment. Thai was a responsive host who came over quickly to take care of a few of my unusual requests.

Nice affordable house

On the inside, it's sparkling clean. Some appliances are dated, but this is the best value. We love it, especially the park accessible by a back gate.
