we loved this home! the hosts were amazing, it was clean and very cute, and we felt extremely happy coming here right after our wedding reception! would definitely stay here again :)
Cabin was very clean and just perfect four I our weekend! My favorite part of the weekend was the location. Centrally located and easy drives to Blue Ridge, Helen, Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Vogel state park, Brasstown Bald, Ami cola state park. Great weekend! Owners were very responsive and easy to work with!
This cabin is the best place for a quick getaway. It’s decorated perfectly, everyone has their own space, beds are oh so comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with essentials and the surrounding areas has so much to explore. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you for your hospitality!
This cabin was beautiful and just as described, we were only in the area for a short time for a wedding so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy every aspect but everything was clean, well described and peaceful. Our pup even enjoyed his first overnight getaway!
We loved it! Beautiful location and easy to get to. The cabin has all updated appliances and a fully equipped kitchen to cook in.
The decor is beautiful. I love how they used wood from the trees cut down when building to make some of the furniture.
The fire pit was so fun and cozy. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms great!
It is an accessible house- which is so rare these days.
Many personal touches like the Fall decor and this polaroid camera to take a selfie and leave in the house album.
The owner was very responsive and helpful.
I will definitely be back!!
This beautiful modern cabin sits on nearly six private wooded acres. The lot is rolling with beautiful hardwoods, pines, and mountain laurel. We designed and built this cabin from the ground up in 2022 such that it would blend into the landscape. Many of the trees we milled into lumber to build the cabin. All the kitchen cabinets, shelving, vanity slabs, and solid oak beams came from an oak that once graced the property. We used the gnarled mountain laurel for the deck banisters.
Another feature that makes the cabin unique is the handicap accessibility. We don't want a wheelchair to be a barrier to access to anyone participating in a vacation.
Our ADA features are as follows:
-wheelchair ramp
-roll-in shower with handheld shower head, grab bars, and a shower bench
-grab bars throughout the bathroom
-wheel under kitchen sink and bathroom vanities
-wheelchair accessible appliances
-36" wide doors with ADA-compliant levered handles
