New home on a quiet, dead end road overlooking the river (with waterfront), designed to set up great for entertaining friends and families! A beautiful kitchen with a huge center island surrounded by seating, along with a kitchen table and dry bar, main floor full bathroom and living room and 1 main floor bedroom. The basement has a rec room and a second living room (aka the movie room) with a half bath and a walk out to the patio to enjoy your privacy outside, enjoy evening campfires and so much more!!! The upstairs has 3 large bedrooms, a huge bathroom and a separate bathroom with shower attached to the master bedroom. We have a total of 8 beds throughout the 4 bedrooms to accommodate many different types of groups. We can accommodate winter crafting/scrapbooking/quilting groups with 2’x4’ tables available and we have lots of activities and games for groups with kids as well.
