Our lakefront ranch boasts a beautiful sandy beach complete with a dock, beach toys, and endless views of the lake.

Large open concept space with plenty of room for dining, relaxing and playing. Enjoy the arcade with tons of old school video games, puzzles, games & books with your family, or stream Discovery+, Disney+, Hulu, etc. on the smart TV.

There are beds for 12 people but we also have cots for flexibility. We also have a pack and play and folding high chair for your littlest one.

*Please do not leave children unattended. We recommend all children wear life jackets while in or near the lake.
*We have the space for a boat, however, if you bring your own we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your boat. There is a public boat launch 6 minutes away as well as places to rent boats.
*No diving from the dock- it's too shallow to go head first. Jumping is safe though!
*While you are using a kayak or a paddleboard, you must wear a life jacket with whistle (provided).
*Please make sure to put away the kayaks, paddleboard and all toys/furniture you take out from the boat house.

My first vrbo experience was great! The host had terrific communication throughout the process, was timely and informative. Smooth process, helped reduce anxiety. The house was very comfortable and had all standard amenities on hand. Bath layout worked well. Beds were very comfortable. My spouse is handicapped and she had no issues with access. Video game got a work out! Weather didn't cooperate, but it is February and staying in wasn't an issue, and provided perspective on what a late spring, summer or fall vacation would be like...we predict plenty of fun. Liked everything about it and thank you Kimmie!

Great Place to Stay for Fisherman!

What an awesome place to stay on Santee Cooper! Boat parking is always a hard thing to find when traveling for tournaments, but this place had enough parking for 6 boats and trucks! You cannot find this everywhere! Super nice neighbors and just an all around great place to stay. The host was one of the best we have ever had the privilege to stay with. I highly recommend staying here!

Lake retreat

This comfy lakefront house was clean and fresh when we arrived. The use of the kayaks, paddle board, and floats was very generous of our hosts. Also, the sandy beach was a real asset. We were 3 generations of family and we had a ball! The kids went crazy over the arcade!

Wonderful lake trip!

From the many water play amenities in the boathouse..to the nice beach…to all the comfortable beds…to the arcade…to the well stocked kitchen… to the outdoor fireplace for smores …to the hospitality shown…this is an awesome vacation rental on the lake! We have rented larger, more expensive lake houses but the beach caught my eye, and we hope to be back! This is a true gem for families!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful lake house with us!

Great place!

This property is situated nicely with a wonderful sandy beachfront area that my daughter loved playing on. The house is well situated on the lake and there's quick access to Scarborough's and several other popular destinations. The house has a wonderful layout and there's plenty of things to do should the weather force you indoors. This property is close enough to Manning that if you need more supplies than the Dollar General can provide it's a convenient 20 minute trip. It was a wonderful stay!

Great House/Great Location

This house was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, updated, and a perfect location. Kimmie was very responsive and great to deal with. I have no complaints and if we do another lake trip we definitely hope to be able to stay here again. Thank you!
