Escape to a beachside gem in Incline Village when you stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom classic Tahoe chalet! Enjoy breakfast by the fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. Show-off your slope style at Mt. Rose Ski Resort for lasting memories. Catch the sunset on Lake Tahoe's East Shore Trail before returning to the cabin to relax on the deck while dinner sizzles on the grill. Then, get plenty of rest before your morning tee time.

Incline Village is a small beachside town on the Nevada side of North Lake Tahoe that caters to outdoor enthusiasts. The town was built around recreation and an active lifestyle. There are two (2) golf courses, a recreation center with a swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, etc. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails in the area. In the summer, families enjoy time at the beach where they can kayak, sail, paddle board, swim and play in the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe. The neighbors in the community where the cabin is located are friendly and helpful. Raley's supermarket is less than a 5 minutes drive. You won't find any fast food chains in Incline Village, but there are several mom and pop restaurants that we love to support.

Must be at least 30 to book. Property has internal smart device to measure excessive noise and smoking, which will incur extra cleaning fee of $300.

We cannot allow pets due to the homeowner's child's allergies. Any violation will lead loss of rental monies as you must leave immediately.

When possible, we happily grant late check-outs and early check-ins. Just ask! Housekeepers charge $150/hr for late checkouts without pre-approvals.

Great Location and House

In short, the home was very nice. Very clean, with new appliances, bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. We had an internet problem one day and Jessica was very responsive to fix the problem. I highly recommend this house.
