We are consistently looking to attract new members/owners to our LLC to help offset the common maintenance and furnishings expenses of the property among all members; hence, all of us get to enjoy the best experience.
Since there are many members, our VRBO listing is utilized for scheduling and booking of the property on a first come-first serve basis.
Some features and policies represented in this portal are not necessarily correct but they’re required to comply with VRBO and I am not able to change them.
The governing document of our shared ownership LLC is “The Operating Agreement”, which sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the property, prior to any use of it, you must be assigned an ownership interest % in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with the right to use the property. Full disclosure of all our policies are in the LLC’s Operating Agreement.

Full access to our private residence is for Owners/Members of the LLC and their families and guests (registered occupants) only. We are available to assist our fellow members with any requests before arrival and throughout their stay.

Please be respectful and considerate of our neighbors and keep loud outside (backyard, front porch & driveway) noises down to a minimum and disturbances down to zero. Our 100% privacy-safe noise monitoring sensor remains ON 24/7.
